钢纤维聚合物混凝土增强机理及其在机床基础件中的应用

【摘要】 本文研究一种新型工程材料——钢纤维聚合物混凝土。从复合力学理论和纤维间距理论对钢纤维聚合物混凝土的增强机理进行了深入的研究,总结出了不同长径比的钢纤维对材料性能影响规律,修正建立了符合乱向分布的钢纤维聚合物混凝土的力学模型。通过理论分析确定了一种适合做机床基础件的钢纤维聚合物混凝土的材料配比。并对这种配比的钢纤维聚合物混凝土立柱进行仿真分析,结果表明用该种材料制作机床基础件其动态性能明显优于铸铁,而且静态性能优于聚合物混凝土。

【Abstract】 A new engineering material- steel fiber polymer concrete is studied in this text. We take depth research of steel fiber polymer concrete reinforced principle from the compound mechanics theories and interval theories,summing up the material function influence regulation of the different length-diameter ratio steel fiber,revising to establish the mechanics model of confusion direction distributing steel fiber polymer concrete. We get the materials ratio fitting for the foundation piece of machine bed Through the theories analysis. On the other hand,we have imitated the pillar and taken the finite element method to simulating it. As a result,dynamic function of steel fiber polymer concrete pillar is obviously better than cast iron,and static function better than polymer concrete.
