【摘要】 进入二十一世纪，企业在参与国际市场的激烈竞争中面临着不可避免的严峻挑战。本文围绕阜新橡胶有限责任公司应用CIMS的开发与研究，对工厂的情况进行详细的分析，解决了CIMS中数据库的问题、MIS的开发、信息分类编码以及销售管理等。为CIMS在集团公司的应用打下良好的基础。从而使企业将来的管理实现自动化、信息化节省了大量的人力、财力，为企业的后续发展奠定了监视的基础。论文首先说明了集团公司目前的管理现状及存在的问题，然后，说明了CIMS开发的主要内容以及最后的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Entering 21 century,corporations confronts inevitably cruel challenge,when they joins in international severe competitions. This paper centered application of CIMS development and research in Corporation of FUXIN Rubber. It has concretely analyzed condition of this corporation and solved questions in CIMS database,MIS development,code of info sorting and management in vendition,etc. Such does substantial foundation for CIMS application in this corporation. As a result,it will save tremendous manpower and capitals ’on the way of the corporation’ s realizing management automation and auto-info,and establishes solid foundation for corporation’ s continuous development. The paper starts in describing corporation’ s management condition and questions laid. As the second step,it accounts for main content in CIMS development and gets final conclusion.更多还原
