缠绕式提升机卷筒强度的有限元优化设计

【摘要】 本文运用ANSYS软件建立了矿井提升机卷筒的有限元模型,应用ANSYS研究模型物理响应的功能,计算了提升机卷筒在不采用木衬、采用木衬及采用其它材料做卷筒衬板时卷筒的应力。通过计算对比分析,证明木衬能够改变卷筒应力分布规律,减小筒壁应力。发现提升机卷筒衬板采用聚碳酸脂(增强)材料时,筒壁应力与木衬相比更小,因此建议卷筒衬板采用聚碳酸脂(增强)材料;同时,运用ANSYS的优化设计功能,对提升机卷筒支轮位置、木衬厚度进行了优化设计,得出了最优支轮位置及木衬厚度。通过对这些计算分析,为提升机卷筒的设计提供一些具有参考价值的建议,为现场生产提供可靠的设计依据。

【Abstract】 This paper established finite element model for mine hoist machine roller by ANSYS software, and studied model physical response by ANSYS, calculated the stress of roller under the conditions of no using wood liner> using wood liner or using other material. By calculating and contrasting analysis, proved that wood liner could change the distributing rule of roller stress and reduce the stress of roller wall. We found when roller liner of hoist machine used the material of polycreosotester(intensify), that the stress of roller wall was less than that of the wood liner, so we advised to use polycreosotester(intensify) to roller liner. Simultaneously, by using the function of ANSYS optimal design , we optimized and designed the position of hoist roller branch wheeK the thickness of wood liner, got the conclusion of the best position of branch wheel and the best thickness of wood liner. By the calculating and analyzing, provide some referential advice for the design of hoist roller, and provide credibility design bases for locale produce.
