【摘要】 随着信息技术的进步，尤其是互联网技术的发展和普及，全球商业领域正在引发一场革命。最早和最广泛采用信息技术的证券业以其独有的优势成为这场革命首当其冲的受益者和理所当然的推动者。证券投资并不是突然由传统方式发展到网上交易的，而是经历了终端自助交易、电话委托、网上信息服务等阶段，它与网络有一种自然的共生关系。证券业对运输、储存等硬件条件依赖少，对信息的及时性和数据量要求高的特点使其在利用互联网技术方面走在最前面。网上证券业务已经在美国和欧洲的一些国家得到了引人注目的发展，并且正在使证券业发生深刻的变化。中国的网上证券业正处在蓬勃兴起的阶段，在这种背景下，本文力求对网上证券交易的背景和现状进行详细的探讨，并对中国网上证券业务的发展提出建议。本文首先从发展网上证券交易的优势入手，着重对美国、韩国等国家和地区网上证券交易的情况进行阐述并总结了经验。第二章指出了我国现阶段发展网上证券交易的必然性，并通过对我国网上证券交易现状的介绍，归纳出当前我国网上证券交易发展的基本特点。第三章在详细分析我国发展网上证券业务的优势和存在的不利因素的基础上，预测了网上证券交易在我国的发展趋势并提出了在发展过程中政府和券商应该采取的思路和对策。最后，以我国的华泰证券公司、西南证券公司飞虎证券网和南方证券公司的网上证券交易为典型案例，对我国网上证券交易的发展情况做了详细介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advancement of information technology, especially the development and the popularization of the Internet technology, a revolution is taking place in the field of business. In this revolution, the securities industry which uses the information technology earliest and broadest is the primary driving force as well as the first beneficiary because of its’ special advantages. And the securities industry does not changed to the trade online suddenly from the traditional mode, but experiences the phases as followed: self-help trade, telephone consign, information service online and so on, and it has a natural symbiotic relationship with the Internet. Securities industry which depending less on the hardware conditions such as transportation and storage, and demanding highly on the betimes information and the large quantity data, ranks the first in taking advantage of the Internet technology. Online securities trading has made a noticeable development in America and some developed countries, leading to a major change in securities industry. In China, the online securities trading is also in a rapidly growing phase. Under this background, this paper attempts to give a deep discuss on the current status of the online securities trading, and give some advice for the development of the online securities trading in ChinaThis paper first analyzed the development status of the online securities trading in some countries and areas such as America, South Korea, and summed up experiences from them. The second chapter indicates the inevitability of the development of online securities trading in China, and concludes the basic characteristics of our country’s online securities trading from the introduction of the status of it. The third chapter predicts the foreground of our country’s securities industry and gives some countermeasures for government and the securities companies based on the detailed analysis of the advantages and the shortages of the online securities trading in our country. In the last chapter it gives a detailed introduction on the development status of our country’s online securities trading, takes some companies as typical cases such as Huatai securities Co.
