现代步行商业街行为模式与空间形态研究

【摘要】 现代步行商业街是城市开放空间的一个特殊分支，它从属于城市的人行步道系统，是现代城市空间环境的重要组成部分。现代步行街因其为市民提供了一个交流、购物、娱乐、休闲的场所而被人们誉为“步行者的天堂”。但就我国步行街建设的现状来看，室外空间设计的不足和目前城市设计中对人的行为模式研究的普遍缺乏，在一定程度上制约了步行街功能的发挥与完善。因此，本文从研究步行街空间形态特征及商业街中人的行为心理需求着手，对建立符合人的使用需求的步行商业空间的途径和方法进行探讨，从各个角度论述了步行商业街环境的本质特征和实质内容。本文从中外步行商业街的起源及历史演变入手，回顾了其发展阶段及各阶段的特点，并通过探索现代化城市生活中步行商业街建设所面临的问题，对步行商业街的空间特征、形态构成，功能布局等基本问题以及人的基本行为活动需求等方面进行了深入的研究。通过分析步行者行为模式与步行空间的互动关系，提出了塑造高品质商业步行街环境的可行性途径。论文最后以长沙市清水塘旅游文化步行街区为例，对当代步行街建设中存在的问题进行反思并提出了解决方案。同时论文也对步行商业街环境的发展趋势进行美好的展望，借以说明创造理想步行商业街环境的奋斗目标和方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern commerce Pedestrian Street is a special branch of open space in city. It belongs to city pedestrian system and is an important part of modern city environment. Nowadays urban pedestrian street provides a place for shopping, leisure, entertainment and communication. So it is called "pedestrian paradise". But in option of present situation of pedestrian street in our country, The absence of building’s out space design and the lack of research to human behavior mode in urban design at present greatly restrict the function exertion of pedestrian street. So the author presents the approaches and the methods to build the pedestrian street environment, which would meet city dwellers physical and mental, demand, and puts forward on ideal pedestrian street environment’s character and substance in the view of pedestrian street space.This thesis first looks back the history of pedestrian and the feature of each stage, then by exploring the question in process of pedestrian street development, this thesis gives a further exploration about all kinds of essential factors such as types, scope> functional composition, space order and the man’s behavior. Based on the analysis of mutual connection between pedestrian street space and human’s behavior mode, the author gives some rational ways for creating high quality environment of commercial pedestrian street. Finally, the thesis gives an example of the touring pedestrian street of Changsha QingShuiTang. By analysis of this example, the thesis think over existing questions in pedestrian street and provide resolutions. At the same time the thesis also show good prospect about future pedestrian street environment, in order to show the way to building the ideal pedestrian street environment.更多还原
