【摘要】 在现代社会中，电火花数控线切割加工作为特种加工的一种重要方法，其应用日益广泛。如何快速、准确地得到线切割加工的数控程序是电火花数控线切割加工需解决的一个重要课题。本文结合海建厂现有的DK7725g电火花数控线切割机床开发了一种基于DXF文件的电火花数控线切割机的自动编程软件。 本文首先在分析DXF图形交换文件结构及内容的基础上，介绍了自动提取一幅适合电火花数控线切割加工的零件图的DXF文件中的图形数据信息的方法。然后根据数控线切割加工的工艺要求，对从DXF文件中的提取出的图形数据信息做了进一步处理，进而自动生成进行线切割加工所需的3B代码格式的数控线切割程序，而且实现了线切割加工过程的计算机仿真。最后，本文在以上内容的基础上开发了基于DXF文件的电火花数控线切割机的自动编程软件。更多还原
