【摘要】 本文针对黑龙江省大中型工业企业在产品开发中存在的问题，从研究产品创新的相关理论入手，系统地分析了本省大中型工业企业产品开发的基本状况，在系统要素分析的基础上建立了大中型工业企业产品开发评价模型，并对70家大中型工业企业产品开发的状况进行了评估和分析。总结出企业产品开发八个方面成功模式，揭示了企业产品开发的规律。在此基础上，提出了推进我省大中型工业企业产品开发的对策建议，为产品开发的管理与决策提供了科学的依据与借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article mainly deals with the problems encountered in the product development in large/medium-sized industrial enterprises in Heilongjiang province, starting with the studying of product innovation related theory, analyses the essential situations for product development in large and medium sized enterprises in this province. Based on system element analysis, the product development evaluation model is established, and evaluations and analysis was made on product development status of 70 large and medium sized industrial enterprises. Successful modes on eight aspects of the product development in the enterprises are concluded, and the law for product development is revealed. Based on these facts, this article makes the suggestions and countermeasures that carries Heilongjiang province large and medium-sized industrial enterprise product development fonvard, offers scientific basis and reference for decision and the management of product development.更多还原
