船用核动力汽轮机动态特性实时仿真研究

【摘要】 随着核能在船舶动力装置中的应用,动力转换的关键设备汽轮机的性能也有了很大的提高。利用计算机仿真技术对汽轮机进行动态仿真是研究其动态性能、改进其控制系统、增强其设计手段的有效途径;同时,汽轮机仿真也是船舶动力装置模拟器研制工作的一部分,这项工作对培训操艇人员是十分重要的。本文正是在这一背景下对船用核动力汽轮机的动态特性进行了仿真研究工作。 对于汽轮机的实时仿真研究多集中于电站或电厂汽轮机,针对船用核动力汽轮机的仿真研究为数极少。而船用核动力汽轮机在结构、运行等方面与其他汽轮机有很大区别。本文在参考相关文献的基础上归纳总结了现在较通用的汽轮机仿真算法,提出了适用于船用核动力汽轮机的数学模型和仿真模型,主要包括热力系统模型和推进系统模型两大部分。在仿真模型的基础上,编写、调试了船用核动力汽轮机仿真程序,并在ASCA提供的实时运行环境下,利用有关设计数据,对船舶正车加、减速过程、倒车过程、甩负荷过程等几种运行工况进行了稳态和动态仿真,监测了各个参数的实时变化,文中给出了几个重要参数的动态仿真结果,并在此基础上进行了分析,仿真结果的稳定性和动态趋势均符合要求。 这一阶段的工作在船舶核动力汽轮机实时仿真研究方面做出了有益的探索和尝试,同时也为下一步的研究工作奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 In company with the application of nuclear energy in marine power plant, the characteristics of steam turbine, essential equipment in power transformation, has been improved greatly. The technique of simulation has been proved a good way in studying dynamic characteristics or improving control system of steam turbine. At the same time, simulation on steam turbine is a part of work of studying marine power plant simulator, which is an important way to be used to train navigating mates. On this background, the dissertation pay attention to study dynamic characteristics of marine nuclear-powered turbine.Simulation on steam turbine focus on steam turbine of power station or power plant, while little attention paid on marine nuclear-powered steam turbine. But marine nuclear-powered steam turbine has great differences with them in structure or working way, so the dissertation summarize available simulation algorithm on steam turbine and come up with mathematical model and dynamic simulation model of marine nuclear-powered steam turbine, which including heat calculation model and noumenon model. On the base of these models, simulation program has been written and debugged. Utilizing related designing date and running the program in real-time operating environment of ASCA, we can simulate dynamically several transient processes, such as accelerating process, moderating process, reversal course etc. We monitor real-time change of each important variable in these processes, give some dynamic simulation results of some important issues, and analyze the simulation results.The dissertation is a helpful attempt in simulation on marine nuclear-powered steam turbine, and .provide a basis for the coming research.
