基于数学形态滤波器的医学信号处理

【摘要】 数学形态学是一门新兴科学。它建立在严格的数学理论基础之上,其基本思想和方法对图像处理的理论和技术产生了重大的影响,数学形态学已经构成一种新兴的图像处理方法和理论。近年来,数学形态滤波器得到了广泛的重视。本文主要就数学形态学在医学信号处理方面的应用做了主要研究和讨论。 首先,研究了数学形态滤波理论。介绍了数学形态学基本运算的算法和流程图。 其次,用形态滤波器对医学图像信号进行了处理。在疾病的诊疗方面,细节信息显得尤为重要。医学图像的边缘中有着大量的有价值的信息,这对于及时发现病情并做出判断至关重要。本文采用了形态滤波器对医学图像的边缘进行了提取,取得了较好的效果,并深入讨论了对含有不同类型噪声图像的处理效果。 最后,用线性组合形态滤波器对心电信号进行了处理。由于心电信号的记录过程中常会引入脉冲噪声和基线漂移,这对于心电信号的判断和进一步的QRS复波群分离带来很大的影响。本文采用形态滤波器对心电信号进行了处理,在去除噪声的同时,较好的保留了信号中的细节信息。

【Abstract】 Morphology Mathematical is a new developing science. It is based on strict mathematical theory. It has great effect on the theory and technology of image processing. And it has become a new theory and means of image processing. Lately, morphological filters have been paid more and more importance on. This paper mainly discusses the morphological filters applied to the medical signals processing.Firstly, after studying the mathematical morphological theory, the basic arithmetic and flow chart of mathematical morphology are introduced.Secondly, the medical image is processed by the morphological filters. The detail information is very important on the diagnosis and treat. There is lots of value information on the edge of the medical image. It has great effect on finding the disease. This paper detects the edge of medical image by the morphological filters, and we have good results.Lastly, ECG signals are processed by the linear combinations of morphological operators filters. When we get the ECG signals, impulsive noises and baseline drift will been intermingled. It will influence the ECG waves separation. We get good results when the ECG signals are filtered by the morphological filters.
