【摘要】 本文主要对IC卡式水表水费收缴管理信息系统进行了分析、设计和研究。论文在先进的管理信息系统的理论和方法以及计算机网络技术的指导下，采用了结构化系统分析的方法，首先对系统进行了全面的分析，绘制了较详细的数据流程图，编辑了数据字典。其次，在系统设计中，本文主要对网络体系、数据库、系统结构模块图、应用程序等进行了设计，使得IC卡式水表水费收缴管理信息系统的实现成为可能，同时该系统具有界面友好、性能可靠、操作简单等特点。最后，本文针对管理信息系统的安全防护问题进行了探讨，提出了IC式水表水费收缴管理信息系统的安全措施，以保证该系统的顺利实施。本论文为水费收缴领域的管理工作向科学化和现代化迈进提供了可行的模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article emphasizes the analysis and design and study of water rate collection MIS for IC card water meter. Firstly, based on the developed principle and method of MIS and computer network technique, by the means of the structural system analysis, the paper analyses the system thoroughly, draws the detailed data flow diagram and organizes the data dictionary. Further, the article contains the network system design, database design, systemic structural module chart design and the applied program design during the system design so as to make it possible for realizing the water rate collection MIS. Moreover, the system is good at interface, reliable in performance and simple by use. Finally, by investigating the safe protecting of management information system, this dissertation bring forwards the safe measure of water rate collection MIS for IC card water meter, which ensures that this system could be implemented successfully. This paper provides a feasible model for the management work in water rate collection field developing towards modernization scientifically.更多还原
