【摘要】 黑龙江粮油集团是黑龙江省最大的粮食企业之一，是省级龙头企业，是省国资委第一批实施国有资产授权经营的国有独资公司，承担对国有资产保值增值的责任。 资本运营是在我国社会主义市场经济体制建立过程中提出的一个新的经济范畴。企业是资本的载体，资本是企业的血液。只有搞好资本运营，合理地进行资产重组，资源配置，提高资本运作效率，才能实现国有资产的保值增值。 本文介绍了目前国内外资本运营理论的研究状况，重点介绍了资产重组理论。通过对粮油集团及权属企业经济状况的分析，找到了差距和不足，指出了影响因素和实行资本运营的必要性。 本文重点在优良资产重组和不良资产剥离两大方面，结合相关理论，联系企业实际，对粮油集团实行资本运营策略进行了详细论述，并且在人力资本运营方面进行了相应的阐述。 本文对粮油集团资本运营进行了方案设计和解析，并对方案的有效实施提出了有关的保障措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Heilongjiang grain&oil group is one of the biggest business enterprises of the Heilongjiang province. It is a province class group leader business enterprise.lt is the first state- Owned property of Heilongjiang province that practices the state- owned individual proprietorship company authorize to operate which undertakes the duty to remain the state- Owned property worthly and increase in value.Capital operation is in the system of our socialism market economy to establish the process inside a new economic category that bring up. The business enterprise is capital to carry , and capital is the business enterprise’s blood. Only for having made the capital operation well, reorganized property and installed resources reasonably, increased the capital operation efficiently, we can realize the state- owned property to remain worthy and increase in value. This thesis introduces the status of domestic and international capital operation theories and mainly introduces the property reorganization theories . By analyzing grain & oil group and the enterprises which belong to the group business enterprise economic condition , it finds out the margin with the lack, points out the influence factor with practicing the capital operation ’ s necessity.This thesis mainly expounded the strategies of carrying out the capital operation for grain & oil group , combing related theories of good property to be reorganized and bad property to be left on the basis of enterprise realities. Also the manpower capital operation is suggested in this thesis.This thesis designs and introduces the schemes of capital operation for grain & oil group It provides some guarantee methods for practising efficently .更多还原
