基于DSP技术的永磁无刷直流电机控制系统研究

【摘要】 传统的直流电力推进系统一直在潜艇推进中占据主导地位,但由于直流电机本身固有的缺陷即有机械换向器和电刷从而导致单机容量有限和可靠性不高、噪音大,迫使人们探索更加安静并且高效可靠、单机容量大的推进电机。近年来随着电力电子技术和微控制技术的迅猛发展而成熟起来的永磁无刷直流电机具有体积小、重量轻、高效低噪、单机容量大且可靠性高的特点,从而极有希望成为新一代潜艇推进电机。 论文提出了基于DSP芯片TMS320C24x的永磁无刷直流电动机的控制系统设计方案。利用DSP系列芯片进行低成本、高智能无刷电机控制系统的设计,能够简化系统构成、降低系统成本、增强系统性能,同时能够胜任各种操作要求。 论文以永磁无刷直流电动机的数学模型为理论基础,研究了永磁电机的系统结构、控制规律,接着分别提出了基于DSP技术的有位置传感器和无位置传感器控制方案,并且根据方案进行了硬件电路和系统软件的设计。在有位置传感器方案设计过程中,详细讨论了霍尔位置信号检测原理和换相控制原理以及实现过程;在无位置传感器方案设计中,提出了单电阻电流检测原理和位置估算的算法,并且对相关的软件代码进行了分析。同时,论文还就调试过程中碰到的问题以及解决办法进行了阐述。 最后,在控制系统实际运行时对波形进行了观测,给出了结论,总结了无刷直流电机控制系统的设计思想,提出永磁无刷直流电机将成为船舶电力推进的主要动力,对其控制系统的研究具有广泛的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Conventional DC electric propulsion system always takes up dominant station in submarine propulsion. Due to DC motor inherent limitation that machine commutation and brush results in stand-alone capability’s limit low reliability, big noises, people manage to explore more quiet, high efficient and reliability, big stand-alone capability propulsion motor. These years along with the development of power-electronics technique and micro-control technique, permanent magnetic brushless DC motor is characterized by small volume, light weight, high efficiency, low noises, big stand-alone capability and reliability appeared and matured. So it is hopeful to become new generation submarine propulsion motor.This document presents a solution to control a permanent magnet brushless DC motor using the TMS320C24x. This new family of DSP’s enables cost-effective design of intelligent controllers for brushless motors which can fulfill enhanced operations, consisting of fewer system components, lower system cost and increased performances.According to permanent magnetic brushless DC motor’s mathematics model, thesis researched brushless DC motor’s system structure and control law. then ,the sensored and sensoeless solution are respectively precent which using Digital Signal Processing for Permanent Magnet brushless DC motor, and by this two solution it designed hardware and software for control system. In sensored case ,the theory of hall signal checking ahd how to change phase are discussed.In sensorless design, Using a single line resistance measure phase current and estimating rotor position are brought forward by analyse associate codes. At the same time, problems and solution which meet in task are mentioned in report.At last ,it drew a conclusion that summarined the design thought of permanent magnetic brushless DC motor control system after absenting waves of controller’s work . Permanent Magnetic Brushless DC motor control system canbecome main power source in ship electric propulsion field ,and the research have important s signification.
