基于光纤网络的动力装置监控系统的研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的高速发展,计算机的应用日益广泛。在船用动力装置监控领域,应用计算机对装置进行运行监测与控制,是船用动力装置自动化的一个重要发展趋势。它可以在很大程度上提高了装置控制的可靠性,减少事故发生率,降低运行人员的劳动强度,并且可以改善装置的动态响应特性,使装置始终处于最佳运行状态。综合监控系统通过与装置测量系统、控制执行系统及安全保护系统相联,对装置自动进行数据处理、控制与调节、安全保护等项工作,具有重要的工程实际意义。 由于对实际动力装置进行操作条件不具备,因而是以蒸汽发生器的仿真模型来代替实际动力装置作为控制对象,通过仿真系统对实际动力装置的模拟仿真,从而实现对动力装置的模拟监控功能。 由于所研究的动力装置监控系统是基于光纤网络的,因而首先进行动力装置监控系统局域网的安装和调试工作,在此基础上编制了基于Socket套接字的网络通信程序,同时为了增加数据的传输量,对数据采用了以进制转换为基础的数据压缩技术,使其在单位时间中传输的数据大大增加。 监控系统除了对对象进行监视外还要进行控制,为了对蒸汽发生器进行控制,根据蒸汽发生器的特性和要求设计了一个基于模糊数学的自组织模糊控制器,并在此基础上实现了仿真,仿真结果表明,模糊控制比串级PID控制效果更好。 最后,完成了整个动力装置监控系统软件的设计,实现了对动力装置蒸汽发生器的监视和控制,整个监控软件采用了VC++编程,其界面直观、可视性强、便于操作。

【Abstract】 With the development of the science, the computer is used widely. in the power plant of ship, it is a main trend that the computer is used to monitor and control the power plant, it can develop the credibility of the device controlling, reduce the accident, lower the work intension, improve the dynamic response attribute, make the device in best state in all time, working with the measure system, control and implement system, safety system, integration monitoring and controlling system can deal with the data, control and adjust the object, it is very important in the engineering.Because the condition of controlling the actual power-plant is not available, so a emulation-program of the steam generator is used to simulate the actual power-plant, on the base of this, a emulation-control is finished.First, the part network of the power plant monitoring and controlling system is built and adjust, then the monitoring and controlling system is connect with the ship power plant simulate system, through the simulation, it can achieve the emulation- control.A network communication program base on the Socket is developed, at the same time, in order to increase the speed of transmission and reduce the collision and block in the network, the way of data compressing base on garrison is used, it can transmit more data than before.In order to control the steam generator, a self-adductive fuzzy controller is designed basis of the attribute and requirement of the steam generator, and finishes the simulation of the controlling, the result of the fuzzy controller is better than that’s PID controller.At last, the software of the power plant monitoring and controlling system is programmed, it can monitor and control the power plant well, the integrating software is in good visualize and can be manipulated easily.
