城市地理信息系统应用研究

【摘要】 本文研究了开发城市电信地理信息系统的相关技术,并给出了一个实际系统的开发原型。它的工程背景是为双鸭山电信分公司开发一套实用的GIS系统,用以管理、维护城市电信网络基础设施。当前,城市电信线路网络的规模不断扩大,日益错综复杂,相应的电信业务量增长迅猛。但城市通信网络规划、建设、维护以及相应资料的保存和管理等方面,由于诸多因素,至今仍处于相对滞后的被动局面。GIS系统提供了卓越的查询、检索、统计分析功能,可以作为电信部门进行管网设备管理、业务查询等工作的工具。 建立了一个通信网络GIS的原型系统,包括电子地图的显示,以及基于电子地图的通信设备录入模块、设备管理模块和输出模块。通信网络GIS的优点在于可视化地为用户提供辅助决策的数据支持,图文并茂、形象直观。 研究了与Oracle数据库服务器交互的客户程序设计方法。对于大多数据库应用程序,合理划分应用系统是很重要的。本系统采用Client/Server,后台是Ofacle数据库服务器,前台完成GIS主体功能的客户程序,属于一种“胖客户机”模式。采取这种模式原因在于:GIS种对图形的显示质量要求很高,因此大部分的任务都配置在客户端。 提出地理信息库模块化设计思想,按功能将各类信息组合到不同的数据库模块中;研究了普通地理信息的组织与管理、电信要素信息的组织与管理的方法,并有机的将他们结合起来;讨论了地理信息系统中数据获取及图形显示的方法,研究了AutoCAD空间数据格式转入问题。 本文所研究的城市电信地理信息系统,已成功应用于实际,取得了良好的应用效果,具有广阔的工程应用前景。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the related technologies of development of city telecom GIS are studied, and the development prototype of some practical system is given. The engineering background of the prototype is the applied GIS system of Shuangyashan Telecom Branch, which is used to run and maintenance the base establishment of the city telecom network (CTN). Currently, the scale of CTN becomes larger, more anfractuous, so the corresponding portfolio advances rapidly. But the layout, construction, maintenance of CTN and the preservation and management of corresponding data still hold the more comparatively lagging position for many reasons up to the present. GIS system can provide the eximious query, searches, statistic and analyses functions, and it is the tools for the telecom branches to management pipe-networks and equipment, inquire operations.After establishing the prototype system of communication network of GIS, which comprises displaying of the electrical maps, the recording managing and outputting modules of communication devices of electrical maps. The advantages of communication network of GIS are the visual data sustaining to providing assistant decision for users, coexisting of words and images and visualization.The design method of communication between the Oracle database server and the client programs is also studied. For many database application programmes, the division with reason of applied system is so important. In this system, we adopted the Client/Server; in the back, the Oracle database server works, and in the front, the client programs do for the GIS main function, so this is a kind of "fat client". For the reason of the high display quality for GIS graphics, most tasks are configured to the clients.Bringing forward the blocking design thought of geographic information database, which combines the same kind of information to one database blocking; investigating method of organization and management, of the common geographic information and the telecominformation, and combining them altogether; discussing the method of data obtaining and graphics displaying in the GIS; working over the converting of AutoCAD to this system.The city telecom GIS studied in this paper has been put into execution and taken on a good effect, and has bright foreground in engineering applications.
