运用系统观点对改善MK集团经营管理工作的研究

【摘要】 民营企业在整个成长过程中，尤其是二次创业之时，面临不可回避的管理风险和管理控制问题。如何改善经营管理工作成为企业最为关注的研究课题。 首先，本文将系统的观点引入民营企业经营管理工作中，提出改善经营管理的系统观；其次，对于经营管理系统进行了较为详细的论述，侧重点在于其主要构成因素及其相互关系；再次，以MK集团为案例，对其2001年经营管理系统进行分析和诊断，指出其劣势和不足；最后，通过组织架构重组，目标管理和过程控制，制度化管理，人员考评激励制度和企业文化建设等等方面对MK集团经营管理系统进行重组和评述，以其全面改善企业经营管理的做法作为MK集团2002年初改善经营管理工作的内容。 本文的研究成果在于引入系统的观点和思想，对经营管理系统各构成要素的构成、实施和相互影响的关系进行分析，总结出一套正确的研究分析方法，并在此基础上，对案例企业MK集团经营管理系统进行分析重组，最终得到MK集团2002年经营管理工作的实施内容，为民营企业改善经营管理工作提供了可用的借鉴。更多还原
