V2-2000B数控机床改造

【摘要】 随着我国市场经济的发展,国内、国际市场竞争日益激烈,在航空工业零件外形越来越复杂,精度要求也越来越高,数控机床的需求日益增大,设备的改造在我公司已成为一个重要的研究课题。 作者在搜索、查阅研究大量有关资料的基础上,对数控机床改造技术进行了深入的研究和分析,并重点描述了机床控制系统的设计,整个控制以数控系统为中心,通过可编程控制器的设计使得CNC系统、电气控制系统、伺服系统协调统一工作,以实现数控加工;在数控机床改造设计的基础上,讨论了整个数控机床系统调试的内容和步骤,系统地分析了数控机床PLC控制程序、坐标伺服系统的调试过程联机运行后,通过调整CNC系统机床参数,对数控系统进行整定、使整个控制达到最优。最后对其特殊功能的开发,选用其强大的补偿功能,分析误差产生的原因,最终对机床进行成功的改造。

【Abstract】 With the development of market economics of China, the competition of domestic and international markets are becoming increasingly acute. Since the contour of aero-product is more complex with higher precision required and the demand of NC machine is increasing gradually, the equipment modification has been an important researching subject in our company currently.The author has performed the further research and analysis for the NC machine modification on the basis of the constant consultation of abundant relative documents, which focuses on describing the design of control system of the machine. NC system is the centralization of the whole control system; the CNC system, electrical control system and the servo system can be operated coordinately and uniformly via the design of programmable controller so as to realize the NC machine. It also describes the content and step of the system adjustment of the whole NC machine, which systematically analyses the PLC control procedure of NC machine, adjustment process of coordinate servo system and the machine-linked operation based on the design of NC machine modification. The NC system has been adjusted and located to optimize the whole control of the machine by adjusting the parameters of CNC machine. The special function of the machine has been developed through selecting its strong compensation function to analyze the reason of error generated and the machine has been modified successfully.
