我国企业集团组织模式研究

【摘要】 企业集团作为企业组织的高级发展形式,是我国国有大企业组织结构的发展方向。企业集团的高效运行依赖于企业集团组织模式的有效设计。我国企业集团由于特定的历史条件和经济体制的影响,决定它具有与其他国家企业集团不同的组织模式特点。深入研究我国企业集团的组织模式,对推进我国企业集团的发展,提高企业的竞争力具有积极的现实意义。 本论文首先阐述了企业集团的产生和特征,然后对我国企业集团组织模式的现状进行了分析。通过对国外企业集团组织模式的对比研究,提出我国企业集团组织模式创新的基础是建立以资本为纽带的股份制企业集团,最后,论文就如何设计规范的母子公司体制进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 As a senior style of the firm, enterprise group is the direction of the organization structure developing of Chinese government-holding large enterprises. Enterprise group runs effectively on the effective designing of organization structures. Considering the fact of China, we can not copy the organization structure model of foreign enterprise groups. Making a careful study on the model of the enterprise organization structure of Chinese enterprise groups is very important for improving their ability of competition.In this paper, the writer first explains the characteristic of the enterprise group and its history of development, then analyses the organization model of Chinese enterprises and their characteristics. After comparing the organization models of Chinese and international enterprise, the writer concludes that the basis of the organization model innovation of china’s enterprise is to establish the corporation groups, the main relation of the members in the group is just the capital. Finally, this thesis probes into the standardized organization model design problem of headquarters-subsidiary relationship.
