基于网络的建筑金属结构门窗产品计算机辅助设计系统

【摘要】 建筑金属结构行业是设计和生产制造门窗、幕墙、采光顶等各种金属结构产品的制造行业。在当前的建筑门窗产品设计和生产过程中,较普遍地存在设计周期长、出错率高、重复工作量较大、缺乏对信息共享、协同设计的支持等问题。因此研制适合我国建筑门窗行业发展、能较好解决上述种种问题的建筑金属结构门窗产品的计算机辅助设计系统具有重要意义。 本文在分析企业工作环境和国内外同类研究现状的基础上,根据建筑门窗产品的特点,对基于网络的建筑金属结构门窗产品的计算机辅助设计的相关问题进行了研究,重点研究了网络环境下门窗产品计算机辅助设计系统的图形处理、材料处理和信息共享、数据集成等关键技术,建立了开放式的基础数据库,并开发实现了基于网络的建筑门窗产品计算机辅助设计系统。 本系统是属于建筑金属结构行业计算机辅助设计和生产管理集成系统(CADPM)的一个子系统,可与CADPM的其它几个子系统良好集成,并具有完善开放的图形处理和材料处理功能。设计过程中通过对基础数据库的访问和调用,能够完成任意外形的各种单一门窗、组合门窗产品的图形设计生成和材料统计计算,具有良好的实用性、开放性和适应性,可有效地提高门窗产品的设计质量和设计效率,增强企业竞争力以适应市场需要。

【Abstract】 The industry of building metal structures is such an industry engaged in designing and producing various metal structure products such as doors and windows, curtain walls and daylighting ceilings. In current process of designing and producing doors and windows, there exist the following problems: long design cycle, high error rate, large amount of repetition work, lack of information share. Therefore, it is significant to develop the system of Computer Aided Design Product for building doors and windows, aimed at solving the problems above and adapting to the development of the industry of building doors and windows in China.With the analysis of working conditions in enterprises and the similar current researches, according to the characters of building doors and windows, this paper aims at dealing with the problems of computer aided design of building doors and windows in network circumstance, focuses on the key technology of drawing processing, material processing, information share and data integration in network circumstance, establishes the open basic database, and develops the CAD design system for building doors and windows in network circumstance.The system is a subsystem of the CADPM which can composite with several other subsystems. At the same time it is perfect in drawing processing and material processing. With the using of database, it can fulfill the drawing processing and material calculation for any single doors and windows or combined doors and windows. This system is practical, open and adaptable, which make it capable to effectively raise the designing quality and efficiency, and thereby make the enterprise highly competitive in the market competition.
