计算机集成制造技术在建筑业物资管理中的应用研究

【摘要】 计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)及其相关技术的应用领域十分广泛,在制造业中已得到普遍应用,并取得了良好的效益。但在建筑业尚未引起足够的重视,而建筑业中激烈的竞争和落后的管理现状又使得其迫切需要采用CIMS技术。本文正是基于这种背景,紧密结合重庆市科委重点攻关项目“ CIMS在建筑工程质量管理中的应用研究”(项目编号:6070)的研究和实施的工程实践,对建筑业中的物资管理问题进行了系统的研究。论文在分析建筑业物资管理系统的现状和实施CIMS的必要性的基础上,研究了建筑业物资管理CIMS工程的总体方案设计,以及计划决策子系统和质量管理子系统的开发问题。在总体方案设计方面,论文在分析了现有建筑材料管理系统的不足以及建筑业采用CIMS技术的目标的基础上,提出建筑业物资管理CIMS工程由七个子系统,即综合查询子系统、计划决策子系统、系统管理子系统、质量管理子系统、财务管理子系统、采购管理子系统和库存管理子系统组成,并绘出其体系结构、功能树和A0、A-0功能模型。在计划决策子系统的开发方面,论文提出鉴于物资需求随外界条件的变化而经常发生变动,为了使工程变更及时方便,计划决策子系统由分析决策模块、物料需求计划模块和物资采购计划模块三部分组成,并给出三个模块的工作流程。另外还讨论了物料需求计划的数据输入问题,即如何根据工程项目的双代号网络图得到物料需求的时间和数量。在质量管理子系统的开发方面,论文不仅描绘出质量管理子系统的功能模型和信息模型,还设计了质量管理子系统的体系结构、数据库构成,以及完成了其软件系统的开发。最后,论文讨论了建筑业物资管理CIMS工程的网络体系结构以及其开发工具和管理要素。总之,本文紧密联系实际,对建筑业物资管理进行了系统的研究,理论与实践相结果是本文力图达到的目标。

【Abstract】 Application fields of CIMS and it’s related technologies have become more and more wider, especially in manufacturing industry, but they are not paid enough recognition in construction industry. And that, drastic competition and laggard management actuality make construction industry is crying for adopting CIMS and its related technologies. In this paper, based on this background mentioned above, combining the research achievement and engineering practice of implementation of CIMS Application Reference Site sponsored by science committee of Chongqing City ——"applied study of CIMS in quality management of building engineering (NO.6070)", the author studies on the technology of material management.After analyzing the actuality of material management system and the need to apply CIMS in building industry, the design of collective scheme of CIMS engineering in material management of building industry and the design of planning and decision-making subsystem and quality management subsystem are studied in this paper.At the point of design the collective scheme of the CIMS engineering in material management of building industry, the deficiency of material management system in building industry in existence have been analyzed, along with the aim of applying CIMS in building industry. Based on that, the author bring forward that the CIMS engineering in material management of building industry should be composed by seven subsystem——synthetic query subsystem, planning and decision-making subsystem, system management subsystem, quality management subsystem, finance management subsystem, stock management subsystem, storage management subsystem, and draw the system configuration diagram, the function tree and the function model diagram of A0 and A-0 of the CIMS engineering in material management of building industry.At the point of design of planning and decision-making subsystem, to make engineering change in time and convenient, planning and decision-making subsystem will be composed with analyzing and decision-making module, material requirements planning module, and material stocking planning module because material requirements changes frequently along with the change of environment. Workflows of the three modules are also presented in this paper. In addition, the problem about data<WP=6>input of material requirements planning is discussed also, namely how to gain the time and amount of required material basing on double-symbol network diagram of engineering item.At the point of design of quality management subsystem, the function model and information model of quality management subsystem are traced out in this paper. And the author also design the system configuration, the database constitutes of quality management subsystem and implode its software system.At last, the network system configuration, imploding tools and managing element of CIMS engineering in material management of building industry are discussed in this paper.Generally speaking, the technology of CIMS engineering in material management of building industry is systematically investigated, closely combining the practice. The combine of theory and practice is the target of this paper.
