高效双速卷扬机计算机辅助设计及软件开发

The CAD and Software Development of High-Efficiency Double-speed Winch

【摘要】 本文主要论述双速卷扬机的计算机辅助设计及软件开发。汽车起重机上的卷扬机属于一种中小规格、低速、大传动比传动机构。为便于在卷筒内布置,要求其减速机构重量轻、结构紧凑。而普通的齿轮传动难以满足,故宜采用2K-H、NGW型的多级直齿行星齿轮传动,并且为使机构进一步小型化,应考虑采用封闭轮系。另外为了提高起重机空钩和轻载时的货物升降速度,要求在旧型的单速卷扬机上进行改进实现双速传动,而利用差动行星轮系可进行运动合成的特点能达到这一目的。因此将差动和封闭行星轮系组成多级混合轮系,就可得到一种满足汽车起重机上的卷扬机双速、大传动比、小体积要求的传动机构。在机构分析、优化设计、有限元分析的基础上,只要通过合理的行星传动设计,就可得到体积更小的结构,使加工用料和机床台时费用下降,从而降低制造成本,经济效益也是显著的。由于全面采用了行星传动,机构的效率也比普通的齿轮传动高,因此这样的双速卷扬机在船舶、港口、建筑等众多工程领域势必得到广泛的运用。目前,在微软的MFC类库框架结构下使用面向对象的高级编程语言C++进行基于Windows的软件开发已很流行,并且这一技术还在不断地发展。在这种框架下开发双速卷扬机的计算机辅助设计软件,易于得到一套容易使用的、可扩展的,便于移植和维护的软件,使整个开发工作更具实用性。论文的主要研究内容包括(1) .在综述国内外卷扬机齿轮传动发展现状的基础上对双速卷扬机的方案设计进行了比较。(2) .对双速卷扬机齿轮传动进行了多级优化设计。(3) .讨论了双速卷扬机设计系统的软件开发问题。(4) .应用I-DEAS软件对行星齿轮传动进行了全齿轮有限元分析。(5) .对双速行星齿轮传动进行了实验研究。

【Abstract】 The computer aided design procedure and relative software development about double-speed winch will be mainly described in this paper.The winch on automobi le crane is a transmission mechanism in mini and medium size provided with great transmission ratio in low speed range. As a result of being convenient for locating it in hoist roller,its reducer must satisfy request of light and compact structure. Ordinary gear transmission is hard to do so,the suitably multistage spur gear transmission that adopts 2K-H and NGW model planetary machine should be considered and in order to make machine further miniaturization,the closed planetary gear train should be adopted. In addition for raising rise-and-fall-speed of goods when crane is in empty load and light load situation we need a improved double-speed-type transmission based on the original single-speed winch. Using the differential planetary gear train that can do movement synthesis precisely can achieve this goal. Therefore if the closed planetary gear train and the differential plahetary gear train set up a multistage mixed gear train,we will obtain a winch on automobile crane which satisfy the request of double speed,great transmission ratio and small volume. Then through reasonable planetary transmission design based on mechanism analysis,machine design optimization and Finite Element method,smaller volume structure will be obtained,which produces remarkable economic benefit because of the reducing of machining material and wasted time. Due to full-scale application of planetary transmission,machine efficiency is higher than ordinary gear transmission. So such double-speed winch will certainly be widely applied to shipping,port,building and so on.Now,under the Microsoft MFC work frame using the object oriented high-grade programming language C++ to develop the Windows-based software has already been very popular,and this technology is being developed continuously. Developing the computer aided design procedure software of double-speed winch under such frame,we willeasy to get a set of software which is wieldy,extensible,being convenient for migrating and maintaining,it make entire software development more practical.Prime study content in the paper are described in the following. (1) Comparing solutions to the double-speed planetary winch design after the status quo on development of winch gear transmission is summarized,(2) Design optimization for multistage gear transmission of double-speed planetary winch,(3) Software development about double-speed winch design system,(4) Analyzing planetary gear transmission in full gear with Finite Element method in software I-DEAS,(5) Experiment on double-speed planetary gear transmission and Relative study .
