螺旋进给法电火花成型加工内螺旋齿轮技术研究

【摘要】 本论文针对硬齿面内螺旋齿轮,尤其是少齿数、大模数、大压力角的硬齿面内螺旋齿轮,不易用滚插方式加工,也很难用磨削方法加工的特点,采用螺旋进给电火花成型加工的方法,进行硬齿面内螺旋齿轮的加工研究。在HCD250电火花精密成型加工机床的基础上,研制了内螺旋齿轮电火花加工的工艺装置,并进行了电火花齿轮加工的理论和实验研究。 本论文针对电火花加工的特点和工件齿轮的参数,进行了内螺旋齿轮电火花加工工具齿轮的修形分析和参数设计,提出了一种工具电极损耗补偿技术。由于该齿轮是非标准齿轮,涉及到较繁琐的计算,因此特进行了参数化的计算机辅助设计、计算和仿真。利用Autodesk公司的AutoCAD的二次开发软件包ObjectARX 2000在Visual C++环境下完成了理论齿形绘制,展成法齿轮切齿加工仿真,以及根据三坐标机测量数据形成齿轮轮廓等程序。 本文对内螺旋齿轮的电火花加工的工艺误差进行理论分析,建立了工艺误差的理论模型;对螺旋运动机构误差的产生及其影响进行了分析,提出了解决措施。 本文根据渐开线齿轮的齿形特点,通过数学推导和数值仿真分析,研究了电极齿形曲率半径与齿形间电场强度的关系,通过电极曲率实验,研究了工具电极曲率对放电间隙的影响。 本文提出了内螺旋齿轮的精度测量的新方法,利用三坐标测量机测量内螺旋齿轮齿形轮廓数据,通过编制MATLAB5.3计算和分析程序进行内螺旋齿轮精度的计算机辅助分析和处理。 本文进行的螺旋进给法内螺旋齿轮电火花成型加工研究,为硬齿面内齿轮,特形齿轮等的加工研究提供了一条新思路,具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 The thesis aimed at the characteristic of the quenched internal helical gear, especially with few number of tooth, big module and high pressure angle hard to hard to manufacture either by cutting or by grinding, the auther carried through a research about the machining of the quenched internal helical gear, adopting a method of shaping internal helical mold gear by EDM. The equipment for shaping internal helical gear by EDM is developed based on the HCD250 accurate shaping EDM machine tool, and the theoretic and experimental research is carried out.Aiming at the EDM characteristic and the parameter of the workpiece gear ,the finishing analysis and parameter design of tool gear are finished, and a compensating method of tool electrode is put forward. Aiming at the non-standard gear involved in complicated calculation, a computer aided parameterization design calculation and simulation are carried out. Using the second exploitation software block :ObjectARX2000 of the Autodesk Company ,the advanced program blocks based on AutoCAD2000 are developed for drawing theoretic gear form ,the simulation of gear generation and the gear profile plotting according to the measuring data from the 3-dimmension measuring engine.The theoretic analysis is finished about the machining error of craft, and the theoretic model about error of craft is established. The source and influence of the helical mechanism error are discussed, and the solution for diminishing the error is also proposed. ’According the characteristic of involute gear form ,the theoretic analysis about the relation beteen the intensity of electic field and curvature along involute gear form is studied through mathematic induction and numeric simulation. The relation beteen discharge gap and tool electrode curvature is analyzed through experiment. The new measuring method of gear accuracy is proposed. The data processing and precision analyse for internal helical gear are finished through the calculation programme of MATLAB language according to figure data from 3-dimmension engine.The research in this paper about the machining of the quenched internal helical gear provides a new idea for the machiming of quenched internal gear,gear with peculiar form and so on,so it is significanct.
