物流配送车辆调度实时优化系统

【摘要】 作为一种新的服务和第三方利润源泉的现代物流业受到了广泛的关注。它连接了生产企业和直接消费者,并能降低其运作成本,因而成为了制造业与服务业的研究重点之一;我国十五规划将物流配送作为一种服务业列入了计划纲要。配送是物流中一个重要的直接与消费者相联的环节。配送水平的高低直接决定了整个物流活动的服务水平和企业的经济效益。因此,对于配送的研究就具有非常重要的理论和实践意义。文章首先在分析某一纯净水配送企业目前配送体系的基础上,提出了企业的发展思路:集约化发展。通过将分散的、小型的配送点向集约化发展来降低成本,提高企业的竞争力。在此基础上,通过用户地址的抽样调查,在用户样本的基础上,利用重心法选址的思想,确定了企业配送中心的设置数量及选址决策。在深入研究目前的配送理论及其数学模型并结合企业需要的基础上,本文提出了一种实时优化调度的物流配送系统的算法结构,该模型结构与传统的静态系统不同之处在于其实时优化处理。传统规划算法对规划问题做了一系列的假设,其中最为关键的一条就是认为外界环境是不变的,规划算法是在给定的外界环境条件下对规划空间进行搜索,得到系统的最优输出。而实际环境却是不断变化的,传统规划算法则无法适应这种环境。而实时优化系统则是通过实时的优化,可以满足这种随时间变化顾客的订单而不断变化的情形,从而能够满足用户的及时需求,为从分散的配送中心向集约型配送中心发展奠定了基础。最后,利用实时优化系统的研究成果,开发了对一套适合于企业实际需要的物流配送信息系统,通过该系统可以辅助企业进行车辆调度,从而提高企业的运作效率

【Abstract】 As a new service industry and the third source of profit, modern logistics has attached extensive attention because it links the manufacturing and service industry, decreases their cost and enhance their competitiveness. And distribution, a key link among logistics, links the producers and users and decides the service level of logistics. So the study on distribution has very important practical significance. Firstly, this paper analyzes the present distribution conditions of an enterprise producing pure water. Based on it, the paper presents an intensive program, through it to solve its present problem: scattered distribution centers and high cost. It can decrease logistics cost and enhance its management to enhance their competitive power and keep up with the development of E-commence.Secondly, this paper presents how to using method of "Center of Gravity" to locate its distribution center. At first, by analyzing detailed data, this paper presents that enterprise should set up only one intensive distribution center. And then, the location of distribution center can be decided by analyzing the selected sample of 100 users. Thirdly, on the study of the theory of Vehicle Scheduling and its model, this paper presents a Real-time Optional System for Vehicle Scheduling of Logistics Distribution. The important hypothesis in traditional program is it thinks that the outside is fixed and the gained outputting is an option in this fixed environment. But the environment is variable and the traditional program can fit it. And the Real-time Option System can satisfy this condition that the order varies with time lapsing. So the users’ demand can be satisfied immediately. At last, a teal-time distribution information system is developed to help the vehicle scheduling to timely satisfy the user’s requirement
