现场总线控制技术在汽车装配自动化中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文的研究工作是结合重庆长安集团某汽车装配车间的自动化改造实际工程进行的,对现场总线及智能控制技术在汽车装配自动化系统中的应用做出了一定的研究和成果。其主要贡献在于:(1)应用PROFIBUS现场总线技术做出实际改造工程的设计方案。并对比传统集散控制系统(DCS),分析评价了该方案的功能特点、经济合理性和优越性;(2)针对汽车装配车间的一条车体储运链,应用模糊控制技术和总线通信技术,设计出节能运行模糊控制调速方案,通过MATLAB程序仿真分析,结果表明能产生显著的经济效益;(3)应用组态软件Kingview6.0,设计了一个97#汽油加注站的人机界面监控系统程序,该程序具有易操作管理、界面直观和友好以及安全可靠的特点,而且适用于类似的控制系统。对于如何设计科学、合理和实用的面向过程控制的人机界面,提出了一些具有一定参考价值和指导意义的设计方法和原则。 论文共分5章:第1章简要阐述了现场总线技术的产生、发展和研究方向;第2章剖析了PROFIBUS总线技术的基本特性和通信协议;第3章讲述了应用PROFIBUS现场总线技术,对重庆长安集团某汽车装配车间的自动化改造工程做出的设计改造方案,并应用模糊控制理论做出一条汽车储运链的模糊控制调速方案,采用MATLAB程序仿真进行分析,对其结果分析评价,由此评述总线系统中应用模糊控制方案的特点和优点;第4章探讨了如何应用组态软件设计开发面向过程控制的人机界面,应用组态软件Kingview6.0设计了一个97#汽油加注站的人机界面监控系统程序,提出了一些人机界面监控系统程序的设计方法和面向过程控制的设计原则;第5章总结了论文工作。

【Abstract】 This thesis is based on an automation transformation project in one assembly shop of ChongQing ChangAn automobile company. It makes certain research and really attains some achievements in the application of fieldbus and intelligent control technology for automobile assembly automation system. Its main contribution liasin the following: (1) It designs a transformation scheme for the project with PROFIBUS technology. Compared with traditional distributed control system(DCS), the scheme is analyzed for its function characters, economic rationality and superiority; (2) It designs a fuzzy governing scheme for the saving-energy operation of an automobile supply line in one assembly shop, with fuzzy control technology and fieldbus communication technology. By the MATLAB procedure, the simulation result shows that it brings remarkable economic benefit; (3) It designs a human-machine interface supervisory control system procedure for a 97# gasoline filling station in the assembly shop, with graphical control software-Kingview 6.0. The procedure has such characters as easy operation and management, friendly and visual interface, safety and so on. Moreover, it can be used for similar control system. As for how to design scientific, reasonable and practical process control human-machine interface, some reference and guiding design methods and principles are proposed in the thesis.The thesis is organized as follows: Chapter 1 gives a general explanation of fieldbus, provides fieldbus research directions. Chapter 2 analyzes PROFIBUS fundamental character and communication protocol. In chapter 3, a PROFIBUS transformation design scheme is presented for the automation project in one assembly shop of ChongQing ChangAn automobile company. Furthermore, a fuzzy governing scheme is designed for an automobile supply line, and the evaluation is done on the simulation result made by the MATLAB procedure. By the way, the characters and merits of the fuzzy control scheme in fieldbus control system are discussed. In chapter 4, the author discusses how to use graphicalcontrol software to design process control human-machine interface. A procedure for the human-machine interface supervisory control system of a 97# gasoline filling station is designed with graphical control software-Kingview 6.0. Some design methods are raised for human-machine interface supervisory control system procedure, and some design principles are presented for process control human-machine interface.
