基于复杂可编程逻辑器件的在线监测数据采集系统的研制

【摘要】 本文根据电气设备绝缘在线监测技术的发展现状,针对以往在线监测数据采集系统存在的集成度低,不能实现多通路并行采样,不能实现多通道同时程控放大,不能进行同步频率监测,采样位数较低,采用外部存储器方式,对数据进行查询的访问方式,安装调试不灵活等缺点,提出了应用现代微电子技术电子设计自动化(EDA)技术实现对在线监测数据采集系统的改进。通过对可编程逻辑器件原理的了解以及各种CPLD结构的对比,选取适用于在线监测的FLEX10K系列芯片作为数据采集卡的中心控制部分。在外围电路的实现上,选取了四通道14位A/D转换器,真正实现了各路信号的同步采样保持。由于引入了CPLD的控制技术,使数据采集卡的工作方式更灵活,可实现3种触发方式的任意选择,包括软件触发,硬件触发和外部触发;采样率可控制,可选择128或256信号倍频;由于CPLD内部有EAB模块,可实现内部FIF0,使数据的存取更为方便。利用MAXPLUSII软件的仿真测试平台,对CPLD各部分功能模块的波形仿真和整体的时序仿真完全满足在线监测的要求。在以往在线监测软件的基础上,编制了与数据采集卡配套的控制程序,并用VtoolsD软件编写了VXD虚拟设备驱动程序,实现了工控机中断方式的数据传送方式。进行了软件误差仿真分析,针对系统频率波动带来的测量误差,提出用改进的正交算法测量介质损耗的方案。最后经过系统调试,发现这种基于CPLD技术的在线监测数据采集卡达到了预想的各种技术指标,并能够准确、稳定、灵活地测量电气设备绝缘的多种参量。

【Abstract】 This Master degree thesis,based on the observing of developing actuality of on-site electrical apparatus monitoring technology,aims at overcoming the problems existing in former on-site monitoring system,such as unable to realize multiple channels sampling and hold,unable to carry out multiple channel programmable magnification,unable to monitor frequency,low pick up bits,external ROM low speed data saving,inefficient data query method,inflexible debugging and installation,low precision etc. By introducing EDA(Electrical Design Automation) technology,we put forward a creative circuit design scheme,which can considerable updated the on-site monitor system.By comprehending the theory of computer programmable logic device and comparing of various of CPLD structures,we choose FLEX10K series chip as the central controlling part of data acquisition card,which is theoretically fit for on-site monitoring technology. High speed 14 bits 4 channels synchronous A/D converter is also chosen,which can successfully lead to sampling and hold of multiple channels signals.This CPLD based on-site monitoring data acquisition card can flexibly realize 3 triggering ways,including software triggering,hardware triggering and external triggering. In addition,this card can also realize optional 128 or 256 signal multiple frequency sampling. The FIFO module in CPLD’s inner EABs (Embed Array Blocks) further lead to the convenience of data saving and loading. The function simulation by using MAXPLUSU software for CPLD internal modules proves the availability of design.Computer controlling software is also programmed,by which the software miss simulation and analysis are processed to discover possible disturbing factors and present practical resolutions. To fulfill the sampling need,a VXD interruption driver program is composed by utilizing VtoolsD software. Inaddition,a creative dielectric loss measuring method-enhanced orthogonal arithmetic method waspresented based on the flexibility design of the monitoring system.Finally,this CPLD based on-site monitoring data acquisition card went through laboratory debugging. All test data indicate the precision,stability and flexibility of this product in measuring multiple parameters in power system.
