【摘要】 本文通过对大连港集装箱综合发展公司企业现状及未来发展形势的分析，结合先进、实用的企业管理理念，提出采用先进的管理信息技术构建大连港集发公司管理信息平台。 通过管理理念与信息技术的有效结合，全面引入先进、合理的企业管理方式，有效提升内部管理水平，树立良好的企业市场形象，打造企业核心竞争力，增强企业参与国际竞争的能力，建立可持续发展的企业运营与管理模式。 本文对企业管理信息平台构建中需要解决的各类管理问题进行了较为详细的描述，对平台构建过程中采用的创新理念进行了较为详细的说明，对工程实施过程可能遇到的问题进行了客观的分析，并提出了实用的解决方案。既注重解决实际问题，又注重在技术及管理方面具有相当的前瞻性。 笔者多年从事于港口信息化建设工作，对港口企业的信息化发展历程有较清醒的认识及见解，对现代物流企业发展中遇到的各类问题均有较深入的理解，对于应用于企业管理的信息技术也做过大量的跟踪研究，文中的观点多来源于实际工作中的长期积累及提炼，具较强的实用性及可推广性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis mainly focuses on the analysis of the status quo and further development of Dalian Port Container Comprehensive Development Company in respect of information technique application. By applying the modern enterprise management theories and advanced information technique to the present management system of the Organization, author thinks that the Dalian Port Container Comprehensive Development Company could dramatically improve its management efficiency by constructing a modern internal information platform integrating the modern management theories and IT.The combination of the modern management concept and the advanced information technique will potentially upgrade the internal management quality, improve the organization’s statues, and enhance its core competitive ability and comparative advantage internationally. Therefore, a modern management concept and system leading to a sustainable enterprise development trace will be set up inside the organization.This thesis, in very details, studies the management problems and explains some new concept that may be encountered during the process of constructing the information platform in the organization. Meanwhile, author spends quite a mount of words to analyze the problems and barriers that will probably emerge in the process and consequently give out some reasonable answer and solution to them. This papers quite well balance between the practical as well as operational guidance and theoretical outlook.Author perennially commits to the port IT moderation works, and has a deep and clear vision on the development of this field. But, author also understands the difficulties and barriers that may be confronted in the development process of the logistics enterprise and service provider. So, author strives to solve these problems and provide reasonable solution through extensively studying and researching.
