基于子波变换的雷达杂波恒虚警技术研究

【摘要】 雷达杂波的恒虚警处理技术是雷达检测技术的一个十分重要部分,在VTS(Vessel Tranffic Services,船舶交管系统,简称VTS)系统中,雷达杂波的处理能力已经成为制约雷达目标录取和跟踪处理能力和可靠性的主要因素,VTS系统的不断发展对雷达杂波处理提出更高的要求,因此,研究更有效的杂波处理技术是一项很有价值和实际意义的工作。 本文主要研究将子波变换技术应用于VTS雷达杂波恒虚警处理的方法。文中根据子波多分辨分析概念,论证了雷达杂波的子波变换系数的分布特性,杂波的子波平滑项表征了杂波的能量空间分布特性,而不同分布类型的雷达杂波的子波变换系数则呈现出正态分布特性。本文在上述理论基础上,结合基于统计特性的杂波恒虚警处理原理,证明了高斯白噪声分布,瑞利分布的恒虚警处理器的恒虚警处理原理,分析了其处理性能。我们还证明了适用于各种分布类型的杂波的浮动阈值子波恒虚警处理器,分析了此恒虚警处理器的鲁棒特性和处理性能。 理论分析和仿真实验表明,基于子波变换的雷达杂波恒虚警处理器对杂波具有很好的抑制作用,特别是浮动阈值子波系数处理器,在损失目标分辨率情况下,能够有效的抑制雷达杂波的尖峰成份,使信杂比得到极大改善。 本研究是教育部优秀青年骨干教师资助项目,在柳晓鸣教授的指导下完成的。

【Abstract】 The processing of radar clutter Constant False Alert is a important part of radar detect .And in the VTS(Vessel Traffic Services) systematic capability of processing radar clutter has become a main factor which limits the capability and reliability of target-extracting and target-tracking of radar. With the development of VTS system, it has bring forward more strict requirement to radar clutter processing,So it is a very important and practical meaning job to researching more effective clutter process technology.In this thesis, we mainly study the method of applying of wavelet transform technology in VTS radar clutter CFAR process. On the basis of wavelet multi resolution analysis, we demonstrate the distributing characteristic of wavelet transform coefficient of radar clutter, the smoothness part of clutter tokened the distributing characteristic of clutter energy space, and the wavelet transform coefficient of different distributing type radar clutter took on a normal distribution. Based on the theory, and combined the theory of clutter CFAR process based on statistics characteristic, we proved the principium of constant false alarming process of CFAR processor to clutter of Guass-white and rayleign distribution and analyzed the processing performance. We also proved the principium of floating threshold wavelet CFAR processor that can adapt sorts of distribution type clutter ,and analyzed its robust performance and processing performance.Theory analyzing and simulating experiment indicated that the radar clutter CFAR processor based on wavelet transform have very good restrain effect to clutter, especially the floating threshold wavelet coefficient can effectively suppress the pinnacle composition of the radar clutter without the loss of decreasing the resolution of target ,and significantly improve the SNR.The paper is under imburse project of excellent young cadreman teacher of ministry of education, and accomplished under the guidance of Pro.
