语音处理技术在VTS系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着信息时代的发展,以计算机为中心的多项技术在船舶交通管理(VTS,Vessel Traffic Services)系统中得到广泛的应用。作为VTS系统的一个重要组成部分的VHF(Very High Frequency Radiotelephony)通信子系统通过语音通信来保证VTS系统具备其基本的功能。传统的VHF语音数据处理方法,在语音的记录、查询、语音处理的人机交互以及语音系统与VTS整个处理系统的集成等方面,已经不能适应现代VTS系统的发展需要。 本论文结合这个实际应用需要,研究了语音处理技术在VTS系统中的应用,提出切实可行的实施方案,并实现实际可用的语音管理系统。将所实现的语音处理系统与VTS系统有机结合,使VTS系统的架构更有效,功能更完善,作用更广泛。 本论文中着重研究了语音系统所采用的语音编解码方法——由ITU-T制定的G.729A协议所采用的语音编解码方法——共扼结构代数码本激励线性预测方法(CS-ACELP)。在此理论基础上,实现了一个独立的多通道语音处理系统。 论文中对实现该语音系统的关键技术进行了探讨和研究,并说明了其实现过程,最后对此系统的性能及应用范围进行了分析。此语音系统具备多项功能,包括:可进行多通道语音的处理、能持续无间断的录制并存储语音数据、能对原始语音数据进行高效的实时压缩处理、可利用时间及语音通道号迅速地查找到所需语音信息、可对压缩后的语音数据进行实时解压播放。语音系统由软件实现,具有简单易行、所需的开销小、易于维护和扩充的特点。 本论文将现代先进的语音处理技术引入到VTS系统中,解决了VTS系统中语音处理方面现存的一些问题,同时论文中实现的语音系统还可以应用于其它的实际应用场合,因此具有较高的实用价值。

【Abstract】 With the development of information age, many technologies based on computer have been widely used in Vessel Traffic Services(VTS) System. As an important component, VHF(Very High Frequency Radiotelephony) subsystem utilizes the speech communication to ensure the VTS system has its basic function. But old speech-processing method used in the VHP subsystem can’t meet with the development of the VTS system in many aspects, including the storage, query, interface and the integration in the whole VTS information-processing system.To fulfill this requirement, this thesis does some research in the application of speech-processing technology in VTS system. A practicable speech-processing scheme has been brought out. Also, a practicable speech-management system has been realized. With the integration of the VTS system and the speech-management system, the function of the VTS system can be improved highly.In the thesis, the speech coding method defined in the recommendation G.729A, that is Conjugate-Structure Algebraic-Code-Excited Linear-Predictive (CS-ACELP) coding method, is discussed. Based on this method, a multi-channel speech-processing system has been developed.The key technology used in the realization of the speech-processing system is discussed in the thesis. In the end, the performance of the system has been brought forth .The system has many functions, including the speech recordation, real time compression and decompression of speech, rapid location of specific speech. It is realized by software, so the system is easily installed, maintained and extended..The thesis resolved some problem in speech-processing method in VTS system. And the speech-management system realized in the thesis can be used in some other fields besides VTS system. So it has some practical value.
