新疆三联投资(集团)有限公司核心竞争力战略研究

【摘要】 核心竞争力分析代表了20世纪90年代以来国际企业经营战略理论的发展趋向。核心竞争力概念自1990年提出以来,运用企业能力理论揭示企业经营战略奥秘已成为当今世界的最新潮流。本文论述的是,在目前中国企业的国际竞争力不强的现实面前,中国的企业,特别是中小型企业如何选择一个适时、有效的核心竞争力战略来加速培育和提升企业的核心竞争力。 正确选择一个行之有效的企业核心竞争力战略至少应从以下三个方面加以研究:①企业竞争力来源分析;②企业核心竞争力战略依据分析;③企业核心竞争力战略目标选择、战略措施与对策等。本文以资源、能力为基点的核心竞争力理论为指导,首先分析了企业竞争力来源,在分析企业核心竞争力特征的基础上运用价值链分析法、层次分析法等方法解剖了新疆三联投资 (集团) 有限公司的核心竞争力现状。论文进一步采用SWOT分析法对公司战略依据进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了新疆三联投资 (集团) 有限公司的核心竞争力战略思路;构建以整合“信息资源—资本资源—产业资源”三源合一的品字阵竞争力战略,其核心竞争力就是资源集聚整合能力。 作为实现战略目标的保障,论文提出了三项举措:以新疆德隆集团的发展战略为标杆,实施标杆管理;运用信息管理系统建立公司核心竞争力评估、预警系统;全面实施人力资本扩张战略。其中,实施人力资本扩张战略是关键。研究结果对以房地产为主导产业的企业的未来发展模式有直接的指导作用,对新疆三联投资 (集团) 有限公司的可持续发展具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 In a bid to work out an effectual corporate core competitiveness strategy, the following three dimensions are to be addressed: (1) sources of corporate core competitiveness; (2) grounds upon which corporate core competitiveness ?strategy is based; (3) objective selection and strategic measures in designing corporate core competitiveness strategy, etc. In the guidance of the core competitiveness approach focused on resource and competence, this paper first analyzes the sources of corporate competitiveness, and next, based on the conclusions of analysis of corporate core competitiveness and using the value-chain analysis and hierarchical analysis process, studies the core competitiveness of Xinjiang Sanlian Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. Furthermore, this paper examines the grounds for the company’s strategy design by using SWOT process, and proposes a core competitiveness strategy for the company. In the proposed triangular core competitiveness strate’gy featuring a combination of information resource, capital resource and industrial resource, the core competitiveness lies in the resource convergence and integration capability.This paper also brings forward three measures to ensure the accomplishment of the strategy: assuming the development strategy of Xinjiang Delong Group as the benchmark .to implement a benchmark-based management; setting up the company’s core competitiveness evaluation system and early warning system by adopting an information management system; implementing in full a human resource development strategy. Of all the three proposals, developing human resource is the key. The results of this research can serve as direct guidance for the future development model of the companies that have real estate as their core business, and specifically, can be instrumental to the design of a sustainable development strategy for Xinjiang Sanlian Investment (Group) Co., Ltd.
