激光玻璃内雕刻机计算机应用系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 激光玻璃内雕刻机是在玻璃体内雕刻三维物体,将玻璃制成赏心悦目的工艺品;是光机电一体化的高科技产物,具有很好的市场前景。 计算机作为现代生产、生活中的重要手段和工具,在激光玻璃内雕刻机的研制过程中扮演着重要的角色。本文在介绍激光玻璃内雕刻机工作原理的基础上,针对激光玻璃内雕刻控制系统软硬件的研制、计算机三维图形处理软件的开发和通信模块的设计三方面作了较为详尽的描述。 激光玻璃内雕刻控制器以PC104模板为核心,通过软件、硬件的设计实现对激光玻璃内雕刻机的过程控制以及加工调试要求。论文中介绍了所选用的PC104模板在本设计中的应用,并给出了控制器软件的结构。 论文在DXF文件的基础上,对三维物体表面三角网格化以后表面插值的问题作了大量有针对性的实验,并得出了一套具备实际意义的处理方法;同时,本文从计算机图形学的角度,对这一问题作了初步的研究与探讨,得出的方法更加具有普遍意义。 论文中设计了一种基于通信握手的串行通信的可靠方法。

【Abstract】 Laser carving inner glass machine carves three-dimesional object inside body of glass,and makes glass into art pleasing both eye and the mind. It is a kind of high science and technology production of light and mechanic and electricity. The machine has good market foreground.Computer technology,as a indispensable means and tool in modern manufacture and life,plays a important role in development of laser carving inner glass machine. The paper introduces reasonedly the following contents:the design of laser carving inner glass control system,the development of three-dimensional processing software and the design of communication module. All of above base on the principle of the laser carving inner glass machine.The control system of the machine uses PC 104 boards as central device,and it realizes the carving procedure control and the debugging requirements. The paper presents the application of PC 104 boards selected,and gives the software structure of control system.Based on DXF,we get the object surface that has been triangulized. We have done a lot of experiments on the dimensional object surface interpolation,and concluded a serials of methods that have practical sense. The paper also makes primary research on the problem from the point of view in Computer Graphics. So the methods have the sense at large.We also have designed a reliable means that can perform serial communication between high performance PC and PC104 board in the paper.
