两亲聚合物及其用作亲水涂料的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了可聚合高分子乳化剂的合成工艺及其水溶液的性质,并利用其水溶液的性质来监控合成条件。在此基础上研究了两亲聚合物作为纯有机空调用亲水涂料的应用。为了解决有机亲水涂膜的持续亲水性,我们进行了分子设计,即将亲水大分子HTP利用乳液聚合通过化学键和疏水PA主链接枝,并通过调整聚合工艺,来调整可聚合高分子乳化剂的接枝率、胶束形态、乳胶粒的形态,通过调整成膜方法,达到疏水、亲水不同链段的自组装和微相分离,再使疏水相交联固化,达到持续亲水性的目的。同时分析了有机亲水膜亲水机理,并讨论了影响有机亲水摸持续亲水性的因素。

【Abstract】 Synthesizing of amphiphilic polymer and its solution’s properties have been studied in this paper. The conditions of synthesizing can be controlled by using its solution’s properties. On this basic ,we studied the amphiphilic polymer’s application to pure organic hydrophilic coating for air-condition. In order to solve continuous hydrophilic, we adopt molecular design梙ydrophilic macromolecular HTP can be grafted to PA main chain by using emulsification,modify polymer technics, polymeric emulsifier graft ratio, micelle shape or emulsion particle shape and film-forming method so that hydrophobic chain and hydrophilic chain can self-assemble and micro-phase separate, then cross-linking solidify the hydrophobic phase under high temperature. At the same time, we analyse hydrophilic mechanism of organic hydrophilic membrane and discuss the factors of affecting continuous hydrophilic of pure organic hydrophilic film.
