亲水铝箔两烯酸酯防腐底漆的研究

【摘要】 合成具有反应性微凝胶结构的核/壳型热固性丙烯酸酯微凝胶乳液,研究了这种乳液作为亲水铝箔防腐底漆的性能。通过对涂膜耐碱性、耐盐蚀性的研究,讨论了脱脂时间、温度等因素对脱脂效果的影响,说明了自制铝箔脱脂剂的脱脂高效性;研究了乳液中羧基含量、有机胺类中和剂的选择、中和度及固含量等因素对乳液粘度及涂膜性质的影响;确定了合适的固化剂和用量,分析了不同固化条件对亲水涂层的耐碱性、亲水性的影响;讨论了乳化剂的选择和配比、核内交联剂的用量以及合成工艺对乳液体系稳定性的影响;同时研究了陈化对乳液性能的影响。

【Abstract】 The thermosetting acrylate latex with the core/shell structure, the core of which has reactive micro-gel, was prepared. We studied the properties of the above-mentioned latex, which used as corrosion resistant acrylate coating of hydrophilic aluminium foil. The influence of the degreasing temperature and degreasing time on the degreasing effect have been discussed by the aluminium foil’s alkali corrosion resistance and salt water corrosion resistance. It indicated that the degreaser we made ourselves can clean the aluminium foil efficiently. The factors, such as the level of carboxyl in the system, the selection of organic amine, the degree of neatralization,the solid content, which have effects on the viscosity of the latex and the properties of the coating were discussed. The proper solidifying agent and its percentage were decided. We analyzed the influence of the solidifying factors on corrosion resistance and hydrophilicity of the hydrophilic film. The effects on the stability of emulsion system had been discussed through selecting proper emulsifier, the ratio of emulsifier, the levels of cross linker in the core, the different synthesis processes. At the same time, we studied the effects of aging on the performance of latex.
