双喷水室用于空调排风热回收可行性研究

【摘要】 从喷水室内空气与水进行热湿交换的机理入手,利用膜理论,推导热湿交换基本方程式。在论述影响热湿交换的主要因素基础上,以热质交换系数为媒介,引进喷水室热工计算方法——效率系数法,其中利用因次分析得到特性数的通用数学表达式。双喷系统热工计算同样采用效率系数法,进而在理论部分引出双喷系统热工计算方程式,这实质上就得到了本课题的核心部分——组合方程组,无论是理论计算还是喷水室结构类型的采用以及试验公式的确定均以此为核心,从而最终从理论计算、试验测定及节能性三方面论证了双喷水室热回收方案的可行性。 双喷水室热回收系统可行性的衡量标准为一定质量风速及喷水系数下的热回收率。理论计算中通过编制的Fortran程序求解组合方程组,并结合HVAC-id图求得符合要求的热回收率,其间试验公式是在单喷水室的基础上采用一次正交回归试验设计得到,试验结果是通过对运行的双喷系统中的室内外空气进出口状态参数进行测定而得到。试验用喷水室设备使用自行设计加工的一种流体撞击式喷水室。对理论计算及试验测定结果进行对比分析,一方面分析共有变化规律,以说明组合方程组较能准确描述实际处理过程的条件,从而验证组合方程组的合理性程度;另一方面分析误差产生原因,提出改进方法。 无论是理论计算还是试验测定均是在绘制热回收率η-喷水系数μ及热回收率η-质量风速νρ的情况下做出方案是否可行的判断,并据此提出断面质量风速及喷水系数优化设计的必要性观点。

【Abstract】 From the heat and humidity’s exchange principle between the air and the water in the spray chamber,utilizing the film theory,inducing the heat and humidity’s exchange primary equations. Introducing the thermal performance calculation method called efficient factor method with the medium of the exchange coefficient on the base of the key factors which influencing the heat and humidity’s exchange,the characters ordinary Mathematics equations stem from the analysis The double spray chamber’s thermal performance calculation identically utilizing efficient factor method,further The equations working as the core of the theory calculation and the utilization of the spray chamber’s structure and the definition of the experimental equations,further Introducing the double spray chamber’s thermal performance calculation equations. Demonstrating the feasibility of the double spray chamber’s heat recovery in the fields of the theory calculation and the experimental determination and the energy-saving .analysis.The heat recovery feasible standard of the double-spray chamber is heat recovery rates in the condition of certain the wind velocity and spray coefficient. Qualified heat recovery rate acquired from the merge equation’s resolve in terms of the Fortran program and the HVAC-id graph in the course of the theory calculation. Determining the experimental equations applying the ortho imitated experimental design on the basis of the simple spray chamber. The experimental date originated running double-spray chamber’s entrance and exit air. The experimental test equipment making use of the new type of the fluid-striking spray chamber designed by us. Comparing the theory calculation and the experimental testing date. Firstly,analyzing the same law to interpret the conditions of the equations accusative describing the air dealt with process and advancing the improving measures. Secondly,analyzing errors.The project feasibility judging from both the and graphs whether theory calculation or experimental test,according to which,putting forward the ideas of the proceeding designing quantity velocity and spray factor.
