智能建筑中楼宇设备自动化系统的研究及设计

【摘要】 智能建筑的“智能化”是指在建筑物内进行信息管理和信息综合利用的能力。它是随着现代计算机技术、现代控制技术、现代通信技术、现代图形显示技术的发展而发展起来的一种完美建筑。由于其在舒适性、快捷性、安全性上的技术优势,当今社会兴起了智能建筑建设热潮。 本文首先阐述了智能建筑的有关定义、组成和建设目标。然后,论文着重于楼宇设备自动化系统(BAS)的分析讨论,特别是深入地分析了空调监控系统的控制原理,工作原理;停车场管理系统的工作流程,收费模式和系统结构。在此基础上,论文描述了上述两个系统的具体设计。首先,论文根据用户需要设计出系统需求,然后选择相应的技术并规划系统所应具备的功能,接着选择厂家和产品,最后整理出系统所需设备和经费。 本文还讨论了智能建筑系统一体化集成的内涵和层次结构。从工程实施的角度分析了智能建筑系统一体化集成的几个方面,并特别讨论了BAS集成面临的问题及其发展趋势。 最后本文提出了智能建筑中亟需重视的节能问题。从节能标准出发,就空调系统,给排水系统,照明及动力设备系统等几方面的节能做了初步和有益的探讨。本论文设计出的系统目前已安装调试完毕,正在试运行阶段,效果很好。

【Abstract】 The "intelligence" of intelligent building is referable to the ability of the information being administrated and synthetically used. Intelligent building (IB) is a perfect building with the development of modern computer,control,communication and CRT technology. Because of it’s technical advantage on comfort,quickness,safety,there starts a construction upsurge across the world.firstly ,In this thesis,the related definitions,structures and building targets of IB are expounded. After that ,the building automation system (BAS) is chiefly discussed,especially the control and work principles of air- conditioning control subsystem and work flow,charging mode and system frame of the car-parking subsystem are chiefly analyzed. On the bases of above analyses,the concrete designs of the above two subsystems are given. Firstly,according to the users demands,the requirements of the system are posed. After that the corresponding technology and functions of the system are established .Later on ,the manufactures and equipment are chosen. At the end,the costs of system implementation are compiled.The connotations of Intelligent Building Management System Integration (IBMSI) are expounded. The four aspects of the IBMSI are analyzed from the view of project conduction. The problems and trends of the BAS integration are specifically discussed.At last,the urgent energy-saving problem is posed. Regard to the energy-saving standard,the energy-saving measures of the air- conditioning subsystem,the water supply and drainage subsystem,the lighting and power subsystem are brought forward and probed into constructively. The installations and debugs of the system designed in this thesis are finished .Now they .are under test-running and work very well.
