三峡工程覃家沱特大桥施工技术研究

【摘要】 三峡工程覃家沱桥为横跨临时船闸下游引航道的一座特大桥,大桥全长303.10m,设计荷载为汽—135级,挂—660级,为目前亚洲第一重载桥。该桥上部为80m+130m+80m三跨连续刚构;主墩为单柱柔性实体墩,其基础为φ2.0m挖孔桩;桥台为轻型箱式桥台,其基础为φ1.2m钻孔桩。本文全面总结了覃家沱特大桥施工技术:振冲碎石桩加固软弱地基、复杂地质情况下钻孔桩施工、承载力3000kN斜拉式挂篮开发与研制、梁部施工、新型桥面铺装层施工技术及动静载试验。其成果对同类型桥梁施工具有参考价值。

【Abstract】 Qinjiatuo Bridge for Three Gorges Project is a super bridge over the approach of the sea-route on lower reaches of the temporary lock. The bridge is 303.10m in length. The bridge is the heaviest-loaded bridge in Asia at present,whose design loads are automobile-135 and trailer-660. The superstructure of the bridge is a three-span (80m+130m+80m) continuous rigid frame. The main piers are single-column flexible solid piers,whose foundation are 2.0m dug piles. The abutments are light-type box abutments,whose foundation are 1.2m bored cast-in-place piles. The paper sums up the construction technique of Qinjiatuo Super Bridge in all:consolidating the soft ground foundation with vibrating & impacting macadam piles;constructing the bored cast-in-place piles under the complex geological condition;developing and researching cable-stayed handling basket with the bearing capacity of 3000kN;beam construction;construction technique of the new type bridge deck and dynamic & static load test. It is helpful to the construction of the bridges with the same type.
