【摘要】 钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,由于其综合了框架和剪力墙结构体系的优点,既能满足建筑空间要求,又易于满足结构要求,因此,在我国得到了广泛应用。 在框架-剪力墙结构设计中,首要的工作是结合建筑使用要求,确定剪力墙的数量和布置,包括平面布置和竖向布置。通过对剪力墙布置的研究,了解剪力墙数量和位置的不同对整个结构的影响,其中包括对地震力的影响,对结构侧移值的影响,对结构质量中心和刚度中心的影响。这些因素最终都会反应设计是否安全。在合理的布置下,剪力墙承担大部分水平力,使结构满足侧移限值,并使结构的底部剪力,自振周期及侧移曲线不发生异常,并为以后的工作打下良好的基础。 框架作为抵抗竖向荷载和一部分水平荷载的结构构件,在抗震设计中,必须实现延性框架的要求。为达到这一目的,首先要对框架的剪力进行调整,因为框架也是结构抗震的一道防线。在调整内力之后,并考虑一些不确定因素的存在,需对影响延性的一些指标进行控制。事实上,在设计中,也主要是通过这些指标来衡量结构设计是否合理。 连梁在框架-剪力墙结构中,也是很重要的一个构件。由于一般连梁跨高比小于2.5,使得受剪承载力很难满足。在设计中,调整连梁受力是一项比较困难的工作。从影响连梁受剪承载力的各个因素分别加以考虑,确定在实际工作中所选择的方式。 确定楼盖的合理型式,主要是遵循经济合理原则。通过对几种楼盖的受力及经济分析,了解他们各自的适用范围和优缺点,选择最适宜的型式, 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第*页满足使用要求,又节省造价,并为以后工作提供了参考的可能。 当然,随着工程实践增长和设计经验的丰富,对于框架-剪力墙结构的设计问题会有越来越深入的了解。

【Abstract】 Because of combination of the merits of frame and shear wall structure,Frame-shear wall structure can be not only satisfied the structural space demand,but also be liable to achieving structural demand. For this reason,the type of structure is popular in our country.When beginning a design of frame-shear wall structure,it is preliminary that we decide the quality and location of shear wall,which includes deciding the planar and vertical arrangement depending on architectural function demand. We can understand the quality and location of shear wall influences the whole structure,which includes its influence on seismic-force,displacement and the center of quality and stiffness. All these factors will reflect if the structure is safe. Shear wall will bear mostly part of horizontal force. In this case,it can satisfy the limitation of displacement,and can be insure that the bottom shear force,natural vibration period of structure and the displacement curve can be novel.Furthermore,it can supply good base for proceeding design.As an element of resisting vertical load and part of horizontal load,we must satisfy the demand of ductility frame in anti-seismic design. In order to reach the aim,we should firstly adjust the shear force of frame,for frame is an important line defense in structure anti-seismic. After adjusting frame’s bearing conditions,and allowing for existence of some uncertain factors,we must control some guidelines affecting the frame’s ductility. In fact,we measure whether the design is reasonable just by means of these guidelines.Tie beam is an important element in frame-shear wall structure. The ratio of span-height of an ordinary tie beam is always less 2.5,so the resisting shear is difficult to achieve. It is a difficult job to adjust the bearing capacity in design. We respectively allow for each factor that can affect the beam’s bearing shear capacity before we decide which measure we will apply.It is keeping the reasonable principle in deciding flat slab type .we choose the most suitable type to satisfy application demand and to save investmentthrough the technical and economical indexes for these type of floor stmctures and understanding every type’s sphere of application,advantage and disadvantage. It can also provide later work with the possibility of referring.Of course,with increasing projects and designing experience,we can understand more deep for the design problems of frame-shear wall structure.
