隧道二次衬砌厚度概率分布特征与可靠度分析

【摘要】 隧道工程越来越广泛运用到公路和铁路建设中,然而隧道工程由于有大量的隐蔽工程,施工质量如何,使用寿命如何,一直影响着隧道工程的推广。铁路隧道和公路隧道广泛采用的结构计算模式仍是荷载-结构模式,从中可以看到混凝土结构的厚度对结构的安全影响是非常大的,因而厚度的数理统计规律分析也是运用可靠度理论进行设计的重要组成部分。 本文通过激光限界仪和地质雷达综合方法,对新建高速公路隧道初期支护和二次衬砌混凝土内轮廓和厚度进行了检测,对衬砌厚度的分布规律以往的研究中,多以开挖和衬砌的轮廓变化为依据,并未考虑衬砌内轮廓的影响,而采用激光断面轮廓限界仪和地质雷达综合方法能较为准确的反应衬砌厚度的变化规律,并且能够无破损的做大量的检测工作,为总结混凝土厚度的规律有很大作用,并有极大的推广价值。 根据研究发现在钻爆法修筑的隧道中,隧道二次衬砌混凝土结构的衬砌厚度和内轮廓的统计规律符合正态分布。隧道衬砌结构施工中,应在保证可靠性指标和规范要求的前提下,减小标准差和变异系数值,降低工程成本。隧道二次衬砌厚度在拱顶和拱脚的部位的标准差和变异系数较大,在施工中应该考虑调整施工工艺,确保这两个部位的厚度。 隧道二次衬砌混凝土的厚度评定由于缺乏大量的统计数据,仍然采用非概率统计方法判定,建议在取得大量的统计数据后,应采用概率统计方法表达。通过力学模型计算,结构在拱脚与仰拱交接处以及拱顶部位为隧道二次衬砌混凝土结构的薄弱部位,设计和施工时应着重加强。 激光轮廓仪和地质雷方法,不仅适合隧道二次衬砌的厚度检测,而且对隧道初衬厚度检测、隧道施工中的过程检测也是一种行之有效的方法,可以在施工过程中大量推广使用。在经过对大量的检测数据的分析后,隧道二次衬砌厚度的检测要求可采用数理统计方法表达。

【Abstract】 Tunnel engineering more and more used in railway and highway construction,but there are a lot of taken over structure in it,how about quality,and how about lifespan,that all affect its application. Railway tunnel and highway tunnel extensively adopt pattern is load- structure pattern,from it we know that the concrete thickness is a important effect to structure security. Thus the mathematic statistics rule of concrete structure thickness is importance part of application reliability theory design.This thesis pass through The Laser Delimitation Instrument and The Geological Radar Instrument means,to tunnel initial stages support and secondary structure. At past the research of tunnel lining thickness depend on opening dig figure,don’ t consider the effect of tunnel lining inner figure. Adopting the integrate method of The Laser Delimitation Instrument and The geological Radar could most exact reflect the change rule of tunnel lining thickness,but also could do lots unbroken examination,have very important for summing-up the rule of tunnel lining thickness change,and have very amplitude extend value.Bases research of by bore-exploding way built tunnel,discover the tunnel lining thickness and tunnel lining inner figure accord with normal school. At premise of tunnel lining structure construction must be ensure reliability mark and design specification,debase standard difference and variance parameter,reduce construction cost. At the part vault and arch foot in the tunnel secondary lining thickness,the standard difference and variance parameter is large than others,so insure the part thickness achieve design require by adjust construction craftwork.The assess to tunnel lining concrete thickness lack many statistic data,all the same adopt un-statistic means to assess,advise adopt the probability statistic expression after gain lots of practice data. Pass through mechanical model calculate,discover the vault and arch foot part in the tunnel secondary lining thickness is weakness part,so at the design and construction must strengthen these part. The Laser Delimitation Instrument and The Geological Radar Instrument means not only adapt to tunnel lining structure,but also to tunnel initial stages support,and adapt to the course inspect of tunnel construction. The means could extend in tunnel construction. After pass through analyze a lot of fact checking data,tunnel lining concrete thickness require could express by probability statistic.
