【摘要】 焊接工艺专家系统是帮助焊接工艺人员编制焊接工艺说明书(WPS)的有力工具。在各类焊接结构生产中，WPS的编制是技术准备中最主要的工作。建立焊接专家系统，提高编制WPS的效率对于企业节省资金、缩短技术准备周期、解脱技术人员的繁重劳动都将是十分重要的；同时它对于提高企业的现代化管理水平也将起到积极的推动作用。 焊接专家系统属于技术管理型应用软件。本系统的开发作为一种技术储备，将完成整个专家系统中的一部分，它以铁路、桥梁及其它钢结构用低碳钢及低合金钢的弧焊工艺参数设计为主要内容。 系统能模拟焊接领域专家辅助设计人员进行焊接工艺参数的设计，编制出WPS并保存文件；能进行简单的焊接成本估算；能实现铁路、桥梁及其它钢结构生产中常用的低碳及低合金钢及其焊接材料的力学性能和化学成分的查询；能进行母材焊接工艺性以及常见焊缝缺陷成因分析与对策等的咨询；能对各工艺文件进行有效的管理，包括对图片的管理，能实现简便地查询、灵活地调用等。 系统设计为了满足企业网络化和集成化的需要，采用分布式客户机／服务器模式即Client／Server网络模式构建，该模式支持数据通信； 系统采用增量式的开发模式，在系统基础建模的基础上，可以对系统进行逐步扩展；系统将知识库中的数据信息从推理机中分离出来建立共享型数据库，利用数据库管理系统来管理数据类知识，用户可以通过对数据资源的扩充来满足自身设计或其它的使用需要。系统推理机的多级模块化设计，在编程设计过程中便于程序的调试；在系统维护和更新过程中便于管理。系统提供界面友好的在线帮助，增强了系统的透明性，使用户可以在短时间内掌握系统的运行原理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Welding procedure ES (expert system) is a powerful tool to help technician design WPS (welding process specification). Designing WPS is a primary technical preparation work in all kinds of welding structures manufacturing. Improving the efficiency of designing WPS by building welding ES is important for the factory to economize cost,shorten technical preparation period and reduce labor intensity. In addition,it will play an important role in improving the modern management level of the factory.Welding ES belongs to applications of technical management. As a kind of tech-storage,a part of the whole ES has been completed in this system which involves the arc welding process of low carbon & low alloy steel used in railway,bridges and other steel structures.The system can simulate welding expert to help technicians to complete procedure parameter design,set down WPS and save them. Besides the mechanical property and chemical composition of low carbon & low alloy steel,the weldabiliry and the defect forming analysis of them have been given in the system. Furthermore,the estimation of welding cost and welding procedure files management can be accomplished.For meeting the need of network and integration for corporation,the system established as a simple C/S net model,which can support the communication of data.The system adopts the adding exploiting model,based on which user can gradually expand the system. The data of repository departed from inferrer will become share database managed with database management system. Users can expand the system for their needs.
