中学化学教师现代教育技术培训思路初探

【摘要】 随着中学素质教育的深入开展,对中学化学教师进行继续教育,不断提高教师的自身素质成为一种必然举措,对中学化学教师进行现代教育技术的培训是教师继续教育中的一项重要内容。现代教育技术包括两方面的内容:一是在现代教育理论指导下进行教学设计;二是现代教学手段和设备的使用。目前中学教师现代教育技术的培训工作虽已开展,但从培训目标到培训内容,从培训方式到培训结果的评价都没有定论。本文试图从课程论、现代教育技术理论角度结合对中学化学教师素质的要求,探讨中学化学教师现代教育技术的培训思路,以求能为中学化学教师的培训工作提供参考。 论文由四部分组成。前言,介绍了论文题目由来及研究意义;第二部分为理论综述,阐述了现代教育技术的概念、内涵及课程论的基本观点;第三部分是教师现代教育技术培训思路的构想和探讨;第四部分是讨论与发展,对本文的工作做了小结,并对后续工作提出了一些建议。

【Abstract】 With the development of the quality education, Continuing Professional Education (CPE) to the teachers in the middle school is becoming an inexorable trend, in which the training of the Modern Educational Technology is an important part. There is a general opinion in academia at present that Modern Educational Technology is composed of two parts. One is Instructional Design under Modern Educational Theory. The other is Modern Educational Facility. The training of Modern Educational Technology has been carrying out. But there is not final conclusion. This paper tries to provide reference to the real training.The paper consists of four parts. They are prologue, theoretic introduction, the training conceiving and concluding remarks. The first part is prologue. This part introduces the significance of the research. The second part is theory summarizing. In this part, it states the definition of the Modern Educational Technology and the guidance of the curricula theory. The third part discusses how to carry out the training. It is the main part of the paper. The last part is concluding remarks. In this part, it mainly illustrates the shortcoming of this paper and the continuing works.
