激光陀螺捷联惯导系统状态监控技术研究

【摘要】 由于激光陀螺捷联惯导系统能够自主完成导航任务,敏感范围大,基本上没有运动部件,因此具有成本低、可靠性好、适合于高动态环境等优点,使其在航空、航天、航海领域得到广泛应用。但激光陀螺捷联惯导系统在国内的工程应用处于起步阶段,在可靠性和维修性等方面存在需要改进的方面,影响该系统的应用。 本文着重研究制导武器中的激光陀螺捷联惯导系统的状态监控技术,侧重于该系统的硬件状态监控技术。由于硬件状态监控涉及惯导系统的硬件结构,因此在课题研究中将状态监控技术融合到激光陀螺捷联惯导系统尤其是该系统的导航计算机和接口电路设计中。 在激光陀螺捷联惯导系统设计中,采用了以硬件冗余为主的状态监控技术,设计了状态监控整体方案和相应的软硬件。在激光陀螺捷联惯导系统中,除了采用传统的状态监控技术外,本人针对制导武器惯导系统的特点提出并重点研究了惯导系统有限恢复技术和与维修体制相结合的状态监控技术。 经过导航计算机硬件调试、系统软件调试和状态监控调试,证明本文提出的激光陀螺捷联惯导系统状态监控技术效果良好,在重要部件发生故障时能够检测出不正常的状态,以适当的方式显示或将状态、故障信息通过一定的端口发送到外部检测设备。其技术可以应用到激光陀螺捷联惯导系统的工程产品中。

【Abstract】 As Laser Gyro Strapdown Inertial Navigation System(LSDINS) independently accomplishes navigation assignment entirely, with great sensitivity range and being out of moving components, has many virtues such as low cost, high reliability and suitability for high dynamic circumstance etc. So it is used in fields of aviation, spaceflight and seafaring abroadly. but LSDINS is at the beginning of actual application in our country, has some weaknesses in reliability and maintainance quality, bring bad effect on the use of LSDINS .This thesis stresses work over state supervisory technology of LSDINS used in guided weapon. Owing to the relation between hardware supervisory and hardware structure of Inertial Navigation System, so state supervisory technology is combined with the design of LSDINS, especially the design of Navigation Computer and interface circuit.In the design of LSDINS, state supervisory technology with hardware redundance is employed, corresponding software and hardware are also used. Besides conventional state supervisory technology, the author stresses work on limited recover technology and state supervisory techonology combining with maintainance system aiming at the specialty of guided weapons Inertial Navigation Sytem.It is proved that state supervisory technology works properly after Navigation computer debugging, system software debugging and state supervisory debugging. The system can display system state or transmits message to external testing equipment when there is somenting wrong. The technology can be applied in actual products.
