轨迹补偿法加工非球面光学零件新技术的研究

【摘要】 针对国内外非球面加工现状,本文提出一种新的加工方法-轨迹补偿法,利用等距线公式,建立了轨迹补偿法加工原理的数学模型,分析论证了轨迹补偿法的正确性、可行性、实用性,并应用MATLAB和VB编制出相应的加工程序,在此基础上,设计出相应加工机床的总体结构。 编制出的程序可计算出各种二次曲线的补偿误差,精度可达10-6mm,设计出的加工机床可完成二次曲线的截取,补偿等功能,满足基本运动要求。该机床完善后,可加工所有二次曲线和高次曲线,并能保证较好的零件面形精度,该机床结构简单,加工尺寸范围大,加工效率高,将会大大降低非球面加工的成本。

【Abstract】 This paper presents a new processing method-locus compensating method after analyzing the present processing situations of aspheric parts . using the formula of equidistant line, we create the mathematical model of working principle of the locus compensating method , demonstrate the correctness, feasibility and practicability of the method and made corresponding processing program with MATLAB and VB . at last, we devise the corresponding general structure of machining tools on the basis of above .The program we made can calculate all kinds of compensating errors of quadric curve whose calculation accuracy can reach 10-6mm . the machining tools we devised can perform the functions of interception of quadric curves and errors compensation ,which meets the demand of basic movements . When the machining tools is perfected , it can process all of quadric curves and high degree curves with high surface form precision . At the same time , the its structure is very simple processing size range is large and its efficiency is high , so it will greatly reduce the cost of processing of aspheric parts .
