曲臂花键轴跳动误差非接触检测技术研究

【摘要】 本文是国防科工委“九五”重点项目“光电多功能测量机”的后期扩展研究,是一个集光、机、电、算为一体的综合性工程课题。 论文研究的是此项目中的一部分—曲臂综合测量机中的花键径向圆跳动误差的非接触检测,针对花键这种特殊机械零件的特点及其径向圆跳动误差接触检测的困难,提出了一种应用光三角测量原理的激光非接触检测方法,具有精度高、速度快、可实现在线检测等特点,并且具有很好的柔性,为国防自动化生产提供了良好的检测工具,还可推广至民用工业。 根据光三角测量原理,给出了检测仪的总体设计方案。具体设计了光三角测头及其光学系统、精密机械系统、计算机控制系统及其数据处理和控制软件,并就检测仪的总体设计进行了较深入的误差分析,提出了解决方案,并对所设计的系统进行实验测试。 经过理论分析和实验验证,本检测仪的设计是合理的,精度也能满足设计要求。

【Abstract】 This article is focused on the extended research , Photoelectricity Multifunction-Measurement Machine , an importment project of "the Ninth Five" of Nation Defence Technology and Projects Commission. It is a comprehensive project, which involves several fields such as Optics, Mechanics, Electuonics, and Computer.In this article, a part of this project is described; it is non-contacted measurement system for spline radial circle-jumped error of the crank measuring machine. Because it is difficult to measure the radial circle-jumped error of this special shapde object by usual methods. A laser non-contacted measurement based on the optical-triangle principle is put forward, it has the advantage of high precision, highspeed, and on-line detecting. And it also has good flexibility, can be applied to the automatic production in defense industries, and in the civilian industries.According to the optical-triangle measurement principle, the overrall project design is given out; it includes optical-triangle-measurement head, optical system, fine mechanical system, computer control system, and data processing and comtrolling program. According to the overall project design, further study in the error analysis is discussed, and an improved design is put forward, with which, experimental measurement and data analysis is carried out.Through the theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the design of this measurement apparatus is reasonable, and the precision is also adequate.
