曲臂两臂轴线平行度误差非接触检测技术研究

【摘要】 基于激光扫描检测技术,采用激光狭缝扫描原理,提出了一种曲臂两臂轴线平行度误差的激光非接触检测方法和平行度误差测量系统。本文论述了系统的测量原理、组成与总体结构,着重研究了激光狭缝扫描光学系统,并对其进行了设计,对激光扫描光束的准直特性、多面体转镜扫描系统的入瞳漂移进行了详细讨论和分析,推导了扫描速度公式。设计了计算机通讯、实时控制与数据处理软硬件系统。通过实验对系统的测量精度进行了验证。 该系统不仅实现了高精度的平行度误差检测,而且不损伤工件表面,提高了曲臂的制造精度和应用效率。本测量系统解决了两轴线平行度误差的检测问题,提高了产品的现代化水平。

【Abstract】 Based on laser-scanning measuring technology, a laser non-contact measuring method of two axes’ parallelism error for crankshaft and a parallelism error measuring system by using the liser slit scanning priciple are presented. In this paper the measuring principle , consitution and overall structure of the system are discribed. The laser slit scanning optical system is specially studied and designed, the collimating characteristics of laser scanning beams and the emergent pupil of the scanning system for mutipie-surface rotating drift mirror are discussed and analysized in detail. The formula of scanning speed is drived. The sorftwareand hardware systems of the computer communication, real-time control and data processing have been designed. The accuracy of the system is verified by experiments.The system not only achieves high precision’s parallel error’s inspection, but also can’t damage workplace’s surf ace, thus improes crankshaft’ s precision of manufacture and applied efficiency. The system solves the problem of two axes’ parallel error measurement and improves the level of product modernization.
