【摘要】 目的：研究和探讨降氮汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效和作用原理。方法：1．将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，分别服用降氮汤和尿毒清颗粒。2．结合动物实验的对照研究。结果：1．降氮汤能明显改善消化道症状及体力等一般情况，显著降低尿蛋白，血脂和血Scr、BUN，其总有效率86.67％，显著优于尿毒清对照组(P＜0.05)。2，实验发现降氮汤可通过降低血ET-1、血脂、尿蛋白等途径抑制CRF的渐进性发展机制，减轻肾小球硬化和肾小管-间质纤维化，具有肾保护作用。结论：降氮汤从多靶点、多途径阻断CRF渐进性发展机制，保护肾脏功能，具行提高患者生活质量，延迟进入透析时间的作用，是治疗CRF的有效方药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study and explore the clinical curative effect and active mechanism of Jiangdan Decoction(JDD) in treating chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:1.60 cases of CRF patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group(30 cases)\vere given JDD, and the control group(30 cases) were treated Niaoduqing pellets,2.Combine the case-control study of animal experiment.ResuIt:1. JDD can significantly improve the digestive system symptoms and physical strength of CRF patients. It can also reduce the urine protein.plasma lipids,BUN and Scr notably.The total effective rate of treatment group is 86.67%,better than that of control group(P<0.05).2.The experiment revealed JDD can restrain the crescendo-developed mechanism of CRF,which is achieved by decreasing blood ET-1,plasma lipids,urine protein etc.lt also can lighten glomerular sclerosis,inhabit uriniferous tubule-interstitial fibrosis.Al! these proved that JDD possess the quality of protecting renal function.Condusions:JDD can impede the crescendo-developed mechanism of CRF from various target points,protect renal function,improve the patients’ life qualities,thereby delay the time beforeentering dialysis therapy.更多还原
