山东“道地药材”北沙参的质量评价

【摘要】 目的:中药现代化研究与产业化开发是国家“十五”科技攻关项目。本专题为国家科技部课题“北沙参规范化种植与质量标准研究”的一部分。专题探讨了:山东“道地药材”北沙参的种质资源与品种鉴定;不同产地、不同加工方法、不同追肥、不同栽培品种的化学成分与药材质量的关系;成分积累与质量的关系;药材的质量评价方法与质控指标。旨在为建立北沙参的GAP标准和药材质量评价指标提供科学的资料与数据。 方法:利用植物学与生药学方法对北沙参种质资源进行了研究。对不同采收期、不同加工、不同干燥、不同追肥、不同栽培品种、不同产地的北沙参样品,采用薄层-紫外法测定了欧前胡素含量,同时对其高效液相色谱法进行了探讨;采用蒽酮比色法测定了糖类成分的含量;利用酸水解法对氨基酸进行了分析;按照药典规定对浸出物、灰分、水分进行了测定。 结果:通过对欧前胡素、糖类成分、氨基酸、浸出物、灰分和水分的分析测定,结果表明:北沙参采收以10月份为宜;药材加工以趁鲜水洗、带皮切片晒干或低温烘干最佳;追肥以酵素菌高效生物肥效果最好,其次为硫酸钾复合肥、硫酸钾;栽培品种“白银条”的糖类成分和浸出物含量最高,而“大红袍”的欧前胡素含量最高;当年开花和当年结种的北沙参质量较差;北沙参药材质量以莱阳胡城产最佳,而河北安国和内蒙古产的则较差。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE The item in development about Traditional Chinese Medicine modernization and industrialization is one of the key technology R&D programmes in the national 10th Five-Year plan. This special subject is a part of the studies on GAP of Radix Glehniae from Ministry of Science and Technology of China. The subject probed into the source species and varieties identification of Radix Glehniae, one of Shandong Geo-authentic medicinal materials. The relation was studied between the quality and such factors as accumulation of components and the chemical components of different producing areas, processing methods, fertilizers and cultivars. The purpose of this thesis is to provide scientific data to establish GAP criteria and system of the quality evaluation of Radix Glehniae.METHODS Methods of botany and pharmacognosy were used to study the source species of Radix Glehniae. TLC-UV method was utilized to analyze the content of imperatorin and HPLC method was studied simultaneously. Anthrone colorimetry method was adopted to determine the content of carbohydrate components. Acid hydrolysis method was used to analyze amino-acid. The extracts, ash and water content were measured according to the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China (2000 Edition). The samples of Radix Glehniae came frome different harvest periods, processings, dryings, fertilizers, cultivars and producing areas.RESULTS According to the analysis and determination of imperatorin, carbohydrate components, amino-acid, extracts, ash and water content, the results showed that the harvest period of Radix Giehniae in October was appropriate, the process of being sliced with skin and dried under the sunshine or in the oven at low temperature after being washed quickly was the best, the effect of fermented bacteria fertilizer was the best and the second was K2SO4 compound fertilizer and K2SO4 fertilizer, the contents of carbohydrate components and extracts of Radix Glehniae ’Baiyintiao’ were the highest and the content of imperatorin of Radix Glehniae ’Dahongpao1 was the highest, the quality of Radix Glehniae during blooming or seeds setting period was worse, the quality of Radix Glehniae planted in Hucheng Laiyang was better than those planted in Anguo Hebei and Inner Mongolia.
