【摘要】 目的：优选补气生血口服液方药的提取工艺和制剂工艺。方法：以黄芪甲苷、人参二醇、阿魏酸、甜菜碱、多糖、干浸膏为指标，用均匀设计优选半仿生提取法(简称SBE法)工艺条件；并对方药的提取药材组合方式、醇沉浓度进行筛选；再作SBE法、半仿生提取醇沉法(SBAE法)、水提取法(WE法)、水提醇沉法(WAE法)4种方法的比较研究。结果：三煎用水的pH依次为：3.50、6.50、8.00，煎煮时间依次为：145min、70min、40min；药材组合方式为黄芪、枸杞各单煎，当归和人参合煎；醇沉浓度为80％；4种提取液综合指标Y值依次为：SBE液＞WE液＞SBAE液＞WAE液。结论：补气生血口服液方药以SBE法提取为佳。本实验为该方药的继续研究打下坚实的基础，并进一步证实SBE法的科学性和合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Optimizing the technological conditions for Extractions of Supplement Qi and Engendering Blood Oral liquid medicinal substances. Method:Take the astragaloside IV,panaxadiol,asafetida acid,betaine,polysaccharide and extract dry as the indexes to optimize the extraction technology according to the principle of Semi-Bionic Extraction(SBE) by the method of even design,the drug combination by SBE method,the alcohol precipitation concentration,fmally compare the methods of SBE,Semi-Bionics Extraction and alcohol precipitate(SBAE),Water Extraction(WE),Water Extraction and Alcohol precipitate(WAE). Result:The pH values of the water used in three decoctions are 3.50,6.50,8.00;the time of each decoction is 145min,70min,40min;the. sequence of total index Y value is:SBE>WE>SBAE>WAE. Conclusion:The Extractions of Supplement Qi and Engendering Blood Oral liquid’s medicinal substance by SBE method is better.更多还原
