【摘要】 为充实中医脊柱推拿治疗脊柱损伤所致相关病症的内容，根据脊柱损伤发生的机制，提出椎间盘退变、过度劳损、关节突关节错位及椎间软组织钙化是脊柱损伤的主要病理变化；气血不足、肝肾亏损，外邪入侵，外伤及劳损是脊柱损伤的病因病机；脊柱小关节紊乱压迫植物神经是导致脊柱损伤所致相关疾病的发病基础；脊柱推拿是治疗脊柱损伤所致相关疾病的有效方法；在脊柱推拿溯源及现代研究进展的基础上，根据脊柱解剖生理特点，脊柱生物力学及脊柱三维运动原理，在传统正脊手法的基础上，创新了“三维正脊”系统手法，对42例脊柱损伤所致相关疾病患者进行了治疗观察，并与40例传统治疗手法进行了比较，结果表明，“三维正脊”手法在纠正脊柱小关节紊乱，改善和消除由此导致的相关病症、改善血液流变学和血液微循环方面，明显优于对照组(P＜0.01或P＜0.05)。从而说明“三维正脊”手法能有效地解除脊柱小关节紊乱所致植物神经受压症状，改善局部微循环和血液流变学指标，为指导临床实践提供了客观依据，且具有重要的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to extend the coverage of spinal injury-related disease that can betreated by spinal massage,some conclusions have been drawn based on itsmechanism:the main pathology changes of spinal injury are degeneration ofintervertebral disc,overstrain,facet joint dysfunction,and calcification ofintervertebral soft tissue;the etiology and pathogenesis of the spinal injury arethe deficiency of Qi and blood,climatic evils’ overacting,trauma,andoverstrain;the basis of spinal injury-related disease is the compression of thevegetative nerves by disordered small joints;spinal massage is an effectivetreatment of spinal injury-related disease. Based on the original theory of spinalmassage and development of modern research,with the consideration of theanatomical and physiological characteristics of spine,spinal biodynamics andthe theory of spinal movement in 3 dimensions,the series of method of"Remedy disordered spine in 3 dimensions" were developed. 42 patients wereselected and treated with this method and compared with another 40 patientstreated with traditional method. The result showed that:the effect of "Remedydisordered spine in 3 dimensions" was obviously superior to that of traditionalmethod,especially in the aspects of remedying spinal small joint disorder,alleviating its symptoms and improving indexes of blood rheology andmicrocirculation. In conclusion,"Remedy disordered spine in 3 dimensions"effectively relieves the compressive symptoms of vegetative nerves caused byspinal small joint disorder,improving the index of blood rheology andmicrocirculation.
