【摘要】 本文根据总量控制法的基本原理，对区域公路网规划理论中的关键技术进行了研究。分析了公路交通量增长变化特性，提出了公路交通量预测的模型。运用模糊数学理论提出了路网适应性的综合评判矩阵，对评价标准进行了调查界定，从而首次对衢州市公路网适应性进行了量化评定，评定结果符合定性分析结论。对区域公路网规模进行了预测，提出了应以当量里程密度表征路网与国民经济之间相对关系，运用货运量模型预测未来规划年等效里程。运用系统工程理论建立了路网等级结构模型，求解后的数据作为规划项目总量的控制依据。 作为理论应用，在原96年衢州市公路网规划基础，本文对衢州市公路网规划进行了详尽地分析、求解，提出了公路网建设项目安排建议，可作为公路网规划修编的补充。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, according the basic theory of "total volume controlling method", the author study the methods of highway planning, such as the traffic volume prediction, the blur evaluating of level and structure of highway net , multi-goal planning optimize model for highway net .All fruit can be reference for region highway planning .As its application, the author systematically analyze and study the QuZhou’s highway planning, made some suggestion for highway construction programs, and can be supplementary for highway net planning that written in 1996.更多还原
