基于虚拟仪器技术的拖拉机检测系统的研究

【摘要】 本论文首先对当前已有的拖拉机检测线的特点和所存在的问题进行了讨论,指出虚拟仪器出现的必然性。然后介绍虚拟仪器的概念、软硬件体系结构、性能特点和应用。分析比较目前最主要的三种虚拟仪器构建方案的特点,提出一套基于多功能数据采集卡(DAQ)和图形化编程语言LabVIEW的虚拟仪器构建方案。本系统工作原理为:通过多功能数据采集卡采集来自各种传感器所采集的物理世界的模拟、数字信号,对信号进行适当的处理后,通过PCI系统总线传递给计算机,由系统的软件部分对采集来信号进行数据处理,然而进行报表的打印和显示输入。在后续章节中,对该检测系统进行了详细的介绍,包括硬件体系结构的设计,主要讨论硬件部分的组成,以及对外界物理信号的采集的实现等;然后介绍了软件部分即图形化编程语言LabVIEW。最后,从硬件构成和软件功能上对虚拟拖拉机检测线的功能进行详细介绍,在文章的结尾对所做的几个实验进行了分析、对比,从而对system性能进行一次测试。最后得出结论本套系统是可以值得信赖的,并对今后的虚拟分析仪器的前景进行了展望。

【Abstract】 This thesis examines the characteristics and problems of the present tractor inspecting and testing system, points out the inevitable appearance of Virtual Instrument, and explains the concept of VI, its hardware and software structure, its characters and applications. It also compares the different features of the three most popular projects, and develops a system based on the multi-function data adapt card and the graphic programming language - LabVIEW. The principle of this system is: Use DAQ card to acquire physical analog and digital data coming from couples of sensors, appropriately process the data, then transmit it to computer by PCI BUS, after the data is dealt with by the software of system, the report will be displayed and printed. In the following chapters, the inspecting and testing system is illustrated at length, including the design of hardware structure, mainly the makeup of hardware part and the realization of adapting outer physical signal. Next, the graphic programming language - LabVIEW is introduced. In addition, the functions of virtual tractor inspecting and testing system are listed in detail. Finally, this thesis analyses and compares the data acquired by some experiments finished by VTITS, thus test the performance of the system. The conclusion can be safely drawn that this system is proved to be successful, while the prospect of virtual analysis instrument is provided at the same time.
