车用乳化柴油最佳配比的试验研究

【摘要】 本文概要地介绍了国内外乳化油的发展与研究现状,分析了乳化柴油应用中所有存在的主要问题,提出了课题研究的主要内容、目的和意义。 以乳化油的掺水比例、乳化剂的添加量和不同的乳化工艺方法为因素,分别选择10%、20%、30%和40%的掺水比例,0.5%和1%的乳化剂添加量以及油+乳化剂和水+乳化剂两种工艺方法为水平,采用正交试验设计方案,配制了8种不同比例的乳化油,进行发动机台架性能试验和烟度检测。以发动机功率、耗油率和烟度的综合评价值为指标进行方差分析,优选最佳的乳化油配比方案。以燃用最佳配比乳化油与标准轻柴油的发动机台架性能和烟度检测对比试验结果,分析了发动机燃用该种乳化油的动力性、经济性和排放性的变化规律及其影响因素。 燃用最佳配比乳化油与燃用标准轻柴油相比:发动机的燃料经济性提高了21.3%,排放烟度降低了43.48%。试验证明,乳化油用于内燃机是可行的,节能和降污的效果明显。这对开发柴油机的替代燃料,缓解燃料供需紧张矛盾,降低燃料消耗率,减少排放烟度等都有重大意义。

【Abstract】 In this paper development and actuality of emulsions at home and abroad described,All mostly problems are analyzed when emulsified diesel oil applied,So content,intention and meaning of problem investigations are put forward.Taked Ratio of joined water on emulsions,quantify on emulsification and different emulsified technics as factor,10%,20%,30% and 40% Ratio of joined water,0.5% and 1% quantify on emulsification,two kind of emulsified technics of diesel oil added emulsification and water added emulsification as level,Emulsion of eight kind different mixing ratio that are performed through rig test and smoke test is prepared by using the method of orthogonal array. The test result shows that we got the optimum emulsified diesel oil of definite mixing ratio by variance analysis of power smoke and consume oil. Variety rule and influence factor of smooth operation,satisfactory performances and smoke are analyzed on the test result that the optimum emulsified diesel oil compared diesel oil through rig test and smoke test.Burning the optimum emulsified diesel oil compared diesel oil,satisfactory performances of fuel are improved 21.3%,smoke reduced43.48%. Test proved that emulsified oil is practicable in use for diesel engines. Saving oil and exhaust emission improvement are distinct. It is important meaning to exploit substituted fuek lighten tense contradictions reduce fuel consume of engine ,reduce smoke.
