【摘要】 山野菜由于其具有营养价值高、无污染的特点，受到人们的青睐，市场需求日益增加。但是，野生山野菜资源是有限的，为满足山野菜的市场需求和保护自然资源，发展山野菜培育、加工产业有着重要的意义。 本论文对在桦南林业局建立山野菜培育基地的可行性进行了分析，阐述了在资源、技术、人力、资金、市场等方面的建设条件，并对项目的产量、工艺流程、实施进度和配套建设进行了系统的设计。 分析结果表明，该基地的气候及土壤条件均适合山野菜的野生生长及人工栽培，资源丰富；该项目建设设计产量合理，产品销售是有市场保证的；资金来源可靠，数量充足；技术力量雄厚，劳动力资源丰富；生产工艺先进，基本建设配置合理。该项目投资回收期5.8a，项目建设完成后其全部投资财务内部收益率为25.5％。该项目建设是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Potherb is enjoyed by people for its high nutrient value and no pollution. It is very important that we develop the potherb cultivating and processing industry in order to meet the increasing market demand and to protect the nature resources.This paper analyzed the feasibility of building the potherb’s production base of Hua-nan Forestry Bureau, Heilongjiang Province. At first, the conditions of natural resources, funding, technique, labor force and market around Huaan Forestry Bureau were stated. Then based on the analysis of the conditions, the optimal annual production amount of Potherb, its processing technologies, and the auxiliary constructions for the project were designed with the considerations from environmental, social and economical aspects..The result of this feasible study showed that (1) the growths conditions for potherb growing, such as climate, soil and water, are suitable for the potherb base establishment in Hua-nan Forestry Bureau; (2) and the resources for the potherb base establishment, such as material resources .budget, technology, and labor force, are well provided. The results also showed that (1) the span of investment retrieval is 5.8 years, and the inner profit rate of whole investment is 25.5%. So the conclusion of this feasible study can be derived as follow: the establishment of potherb base and the potherb products production in Hua-nan Forestry Bureau can bring good economical results to the Bureau and also provide many jobs for local labor market.更多还原
